    I have to give credit and thanks to the customer service I received when I came into this store on…read moreThursday evening at 6:30 pm. First I was greeted with a hello and how can I help you today. The young man was very friendly and welcoming. He assisted me in finding the battery cap shims I was looking for. The gentleman and I had some small talk and it was totally a reverse of what I thought would happen. Typically during this time with the threat of Covid-19 a rush to get a customer in and out quickly was what I was expecting but instead with the social distancing guidelines and preventions that was not the case. After a few minutes of conversation a young lady came into the store, another employee which she also engaged in conversation. She even recalled my girlfriend coming in earlier that week looking for a specific item for my car. There is something about the south and the employees that are hired by these companies. The down to earth, professional, kindness and caring personalities they posses really is appreciated. Coming from the North it's a little different I guess where everyone is in a rush. Great job to these two employees. I wish I got there names but I hope the managers or their superiors read this and give them a notable thank you for great customer service for a job well done.

    No communication at all after my engine was sent out. They had me send my engine to a Gee's in…read moreHouston, Tx at the end of May 2024. Its currently October 2024 and I still don't have my engine back. At this point I had to sale the car because I couldn't keep it at the shop, my subdivision doesn't allow none running cars, and I wasn't going to pay for storage not knowing anything. I understand Sharper Edge isn't the one doing the work on the engine, but they are the ones that had me to send it to this stop. Knowing this was supposed to only take 3 weeks. Not once have they reached out to me about what they are trying to do to get my engine back. Each time I have called Sharper Edge or Gee's, I kept earing 1 more week from Gee's and that started in August. Last week of August they stated it was another Audi engine they had ready, but mine will be ready next week and he would give me a discount since it's taken so long. Never heard back from them after that. At this point, I will never recommend that shop, nor someone send their engine to Sharper Edge. Since I never got my engine back and had to sale the car they got a free engine from me.

    Do not buy from this company, see all the metal in the oil pan and pick up screen, this is after…read moreapproximately 20 miles, I'm the Service Manager at a Land Rover Dealership and this was installed by a Level 4 Tech, I always had to leave a negative review to get them to call me back, they finally agreed to pay for tear down and after I sent them pictures of what we found they agreed to send us a motor, well two moths later we still have no motor, no money and they will not return our calls, we have had to get a attorney involved, I also heard they operate under several different names, so before you order a motor online, make sure you do your research
