I had replaced my tires 3 days prior so I was shocked that I had an issue. I pulled off the expressway and Meekhof Tire happened to be open on that exit road. They took my car in right away, pulled the tire off, and did an inspection. They found that the company that installed my tires that week had damaged the the hub, valve stem, and the sensor, so my tires were not in new condition - there were chunks pulled off. The guys here temporarily fixed my tires and did not charge me for their help! I thanked them and wanted to spread the word that these guys went above and beyond for someone who they didn't know and had not purchased tires from them. These guys deserve a shout-out: Earl, Tim, Joe, Dave, Andrew Thank you for helping me have a safe drive home!

My old beater Subaru that I keep to save the new car from getting wrecked had a dead battery from lack of use. I went to the store to buy a charger but instead they sold me a terminal protection kit for a couple of bucks and lent me, LENT ME, a little charger/jumper device because I couldn't jump the car with my Prius. The two guys there were full of ideas that would save me money and were just so helpful my mouth fell open. (Really) I've run into maybe 5 different employees here, all have been remarkably considerate. What a great place!

They did a complete vehicle inspection plus which recommended about 1k worth of work. They did find very low oil so I paid for the inspection and oil change. Car quit running again later that day after they were closed and would not start. I called back the next day and asked Brandon if they could change the alternator and he said they absolutely could do that work. Brandon calls me back and said that they could have done a more detailed inspection (not offered to me) and that he spoke to Garen (his day off so I couldn't talk to him). I think that this meant they could have found the problem? Anyway I said regardless I would like them to replace the alternator and Brandon said there is something on the tech recommendation to take it to the dealer. So, instead of fixing my car, they would rather just charge me for an inspection and an oil change and a new set of tires (if I said yes).

They also have more garage space, so you can get a quicker time. Shout out to the redheaded mechanic. He was very nice and explained everything in detail. Some shops will not even let you into the garage and try to get you to repair parts that aren't even worn.
