And their little dog greets you when you arrive which gives the place a very homey feeling for an auto mechanic place. There were times that the service to my Jeep went over the time they quoted me when I dropped it off but they didn't charge me extra for labor. And I don't know if I should say this but there were times they even gave me a ride home and picked me up......how many mechanics really do that anymore and take pride in what they do? I installed it that day and it worked ok at the campground. However, the image started freezing and eventually it only gave a black screen on our second trip. So I attempted to return it on July 23 2024 (less than 30 days later) to Advanced Auto in Queensbury NY. The manager there refused to take the return because I did not have the original packaging. He said he could not re-sell it. When I asked him why he would want to resell defective merchandise he just repeated that he needed the original packaging for resale. So I am out the full amount for the camera. I verified Advanced Autos return policy is not only to have original packaging but also to have the package unopened. This makes zero sense to me. I will not be purchasing anything from Advanced Auto in the future.

I spoke to the person there 5 times about the condition of the part to make sure it was worth the trip. When I got there the part was rusted beyond the point where it could be used.
