Jim the store manager will dodge your calls all day just so he doesn't have to take ownership of the damage. After finally reaching Jim he looked at the damage and said he will call his repair man to fix the rims. That was over 30 days ago. The owner has already been made aware and doesn't respond either. So now since they are just going to blow us off even though we have emails stating that the damage will be fixed no one will reach out to us. Next step will be bringing this joke of a store manager and owner to small claims court which they will not be happy with. Thanks for the damage to my new rims. If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.

They took me in immediately and from the get-go worked to get my car diagnosed. My car needed a part they didn't have on hand, so they called all the garages, dealerships and salvage yards in the area to find it. They called pretty much everywhere. Eventually they found the part, retrieved it, and installed it in the car within only two to three hours. And if I remember, the cost of the repair was pretty reasonable, too. Thank God I broke down near this garage.

The first thing that impressed me was that Wesley answered the phone at 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon when we called to get help with our Kia Sorento. In my experience, it can be difficult to get help from a mechanic late in the day on a Saturday. After we told him that our SUV started to hesitate as we accelerated up the hill on the highway outside of Manchester, he invited us to stop by. When we got there around 4:15, he plugged his computer into the car, diagnosed the problem and, as expected, said that he couldn't do anything about fixing it until he got the necessary parts on Monday. When Monday rolled around, Wesley was able to get an after-market part from Napa Auto Parts but it would have cost $300. Wesley was appalled at how expensive it was! Instead, to save us money, he arranged for us to drive over to NY to pick up the parts from a Kia dealer (our car was drivable). Once we had the parts, Wesley installed them in about 15 minutes. And, refused to allow us to pay him for his time! In the end, the repair cost us $150 but could have cost as much as $500. Because of his integrity, Wesley chose to help us out and to not take advantage of us when he easily could have done so. He said that he didn't like that tourists in need are sometimes preyed upon and that it wasn't a practice of his to do so.
