Driving from Denver to Buffalo, I had a high beam and regular headlight out. Ron got me the bulbs and installed them quickly and kindly!

I had been taking three vehicles here for the last 4-5 years, and I have recently taken my…read moremaintenance business elsewhere. I cannot speak badly of the speed of this operation, the convenience aspect of this facility is unmatched by any other local service option. That said, you're paying a hefty price for that convenience and the balance finally tipped for me when a routine oil change/filter crept above $75. The staff is friendly, particularly the new manager. Based on the high staffing turnover at this location I've watched over the years, I wouldn't expect that to remain the case. One thing that could be improved is the computer tracking system. There were multiple times I received notices in the mail referencing my need for an oil change at XXX miles, when in fact my vehicle was three oil changes beyond that mileage number, and all the service was done by them. I also had issue with them showing me a nearly pure white air filter with two Japanese beetles in it and suggesting it was time to replace it. I'd ask when the last time it was replaced, and they had no idea. Again, this service was completed by them previously, and that information should have been at their fingertips. This has happened multiple times, it's not a one-off error. Other reviewers have suggested they don't try and up sell you on things, I don't think that is entirely true in my experience. They aren't rude, but the cash cow air filter / wiper blade sales is obviously something they're happy to make big margins on. I'm sure it's part of the employees mandate. Sell as much of these items as possible, because our profit margins are exceptional, and the physical swap out takes a matter of seconds. It's easy money. Go to one of the four or five auto parts stores within a mile of this location and get the same item for a fraction of the cost. A $20 wiper blade? No thanks. Long story short, their prices are not competitive with other local options and the convenience of the 10-minute oil change is no longer worth the extra $ to me. I'll wait 45 minutes down the road, and get a free tire rotation while I'm at it.

Polite, fast service. Never have to wait too long. Plenty of attendants to service the vehicle…read more Conveniently located on Main. And free water!

I had my car back for one day and the same problem I took it in there for happened again. They then kept it for three more months and I finally received a loner car. I had a minor accident with the loner car that wasn't my fault and even though my car is all payed for, they will not give it to me until my insurance agrees to pay for it which could take up to a month. As a result my husband and I have both lost our jobs and we are stuck in this god forsaken town of Princeton with no money and no jobs. You would need your head examined if you ever even walk by there let alone take your car there. Charles & Suzanne Koran

They wasted 6 months going back and forth eventually charging her more money to put in a "new" engine. It was not new it was used. They could have just given her the money back and taken their crap vehicle but instead they wanted to nickel and dime her. By the time she told me about it, it was 5 months into the process. She paid for the vehicle, paid for a used motor then after all their crap the car had an issue with a battery drain. They tried to sponge another $1000 off her to get that repaired. Turns out it was just a wiper motor. $100 or so in parts. What a bunch of crooks. Never go here.

WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS:…read more My husband and I recently tried to purchase a vehicle through Princeton Auto Group, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. We hope Princeton Auto Group takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated during the financing process. -- James & Marla Boyer If dealership management or ownership would like to review this situation or discuss what happened, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with someone who values respectful and transparent customer service. Our intention in sharing this experience is simply to ensure that future customers are treated with professionalism and dignity.
