We paid cash without a name and I just want my money back. On the printed return slip that he GAVE a copy of to my husband in the address field it said 123 Jerk st. I could not believe it when he got home. So, being that I have been in retail as a manager myself for almost 20 years I called to let the store manager know. That was when I found out it WAS the store manager that did that. He even admitted that my husband was just "brisk" with him. I could not believe it. I know handling difficult people is part of the job and if he is so thin skinned that he can't handle "brisk" without insulting a customer in writing he needs a new job. The district manager was also shock and although they said they were sorry, it would have been nice to get it in writing like the insult was.
