Best location around. We were in need of a battery replacement and went to the one closest to my house. We were told that because there were only 2 workers, they weren't able to leave the counter to come help install the new battery. We went to this location instead. They had the same amount of workers, with more demand and were still able to help us out and make the best decision on which battery to buy. useful, yes. but the vibes in that place are rancid and should be avoided the employees for the most part all seem to be in their own world lol. some guy that works there mike will lie for his own fun of it? i called and asked if they accept oil since some places dont then he told me the only accepted 5qt. im a 20 yr old girl so obviously i wouldnt know better so i literally only brought in 5qt when i had more... then i got there and i said im just dropping off oil and he goes "we dont accept that you should have called first" to which i said i did and then he said i know you talked to me. ok bro how would i know that? just thought that was rude and he clearly had fun giving a customer that isnt familiar trouble. just weird. he also literally had a black eye, maybe from pissing the wrong person off‍ read more

Really impressed with the service here. I called ahead to inquire if they had the headlights I needed and if they could install them for me. The employee who answered the phone and then helped me when I arrived at the store was super friendly and kind. Although he couldn't install my headlights since there were too many complicated parts in the front of my car, he directed me across the street to a service shop where I was able to have the lights installed right away- no waiting! The price was reasonable too! I'll definitely be back to this location for any further auto needs. read more

This is one of the better AZ's around. The commercial desk was always quick and easy to use when ordering parts for our fleet of Ford vans...but I have also been into this location to pick up simple items for my personal vehicles like - fuses, light bulbs, oil, antifreeze, car wash supplies, etc. If you can make the drive to this location - it is certainly worth the added effort. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They can even diagnose "check engine" lights / trouble codes and check battery power - just make sure you have some time to wait - since, this store is almost always busy. read more

Number of employees not doing much while there is a huge line. The customer in front was getting a refund and the associate (who was likely new) was struggling with the refund process. One employee - who was likely the manager - came over and kinda showed him what to do then grabbed a pack of Newport's and ripped a cigarette out and went outside to smoke it. The associate was still struggling when he got back. Finally, another associate came and opened up another cash register 15 minutes later. Overall it was not a good first experience. read more

This place rocks so hard. The guys that work there are honest, helpful, knowledgeable and funny. They wont just push a sale on you they legit help you to find what is best for your needs and your car. The place can get pretty busy so i dont reccomend going in in a rush if you can avoid it. Today I found myself in Pawtucket when I discovered I had been driving around half the day with no oil cap. My husband had added oil in the morning and forgotten to put the cap back on. A little Google research told me I needed to get oil in the car and get a cap on quick or I would be pretty screwed. Luckily I realized my predicament 3 minutes away from autozone. Never thought I would review an auto parts store but the guys in there were so friendly and so helpful. I explained what happened and right away they got me a new cap, checked my oil level, and showed me how dangerously low it was. We went back in and I bought oil, and since I was already there I bought some new, much needed windshield wipers. The guy went outside with me again, filled my oil, and put on my new wipers for me. He even took my old wipers and the empty oil bottle back in with him to throw out so I didn't have to. Really outstanding customer service and I was very grateful for their help! read more
