Not believing the story I dug deeper and spoke to a mechanic there, (Seth Kinser) informed me there was an open TSB from Ford and got it fixed under factory warranty the next morning. Highly recommend working with Seth Kinser very professional, friendly and efficient. Had I not dug deeper and listened to Boone, we wouldn't have been informed about the open TSB and would've been stuck paying the dealer over $1,000 for new brakes. Thanks again Seth Kinser.

From our previous review we are not please with the vehicle we purchased due to oil and transmission fluid under the engine and it is smoking from 1 - 30 min drive. We have a 30 day warranty for 50% off for issues and guess what, today is 4/13/26 and both Savannah and George have not replied at all with our issues/concerns. Avoiding so the 30 days run out is not customer service. If I'm wrong then why not reply to the engine/transmission issues when we just purchased this vehicle and immediately having car issues.

I bought my first and last car at this dealership in May. How I wish I had read these reviews…read moreprior to making the purchase. I spent hours waiting for the finance department to present the paper work I needed to sign. When they took me in the back room to sign I noticed that they were charging me almost $3,000 more than the salesman's quote. When I asked about it the finance guy got defensive and rude rather than taking ownership of the issue. I told him I was going to step out of the office and he had 10 minutes to get the salesman back in the room and resolve the issue or I was leaving. When I came back to the office the monthly interest rate was lowered and the loan amount was lowered reducing the payment by $100 per month. Against my better judgement I bought the car. I felt like I was put in a position that I had to act like a jerk to get the issue resolved. Three months later the engine seized up for my daughter, who bought the car, and we had to have it towed to a repair shop. They evaluated the car and said the engine was shot and needed rebuilt or replaced. I remembered talking to the sales guy at Serpentine who showed me the carfax Warranty Check when I test drove the car. He pointed out that the drive train warranty had 38 months or 18,000 miles remaining and that should give me some peace of mind. So I followed up with a Hyundai dealership and Hyundai corporate customer service who told me that warranty only applies to the original owner. However, it turns out there is a known problem with certain Hyundai engines and I might get some help from them. Let's hope. Needless to say, I don't trust this dealership.

Never again, already bought my Wife a 2026 traverse from Spitzer in Canton, night and day experience.
