Have bought a few battery's from this location. Brought my van in to buy a new battery a few months…read moreago. For the last few months the car wouldn't start. Brought to another shop to check and they told me the battery cell is bad. Brought it back to the store I bought it and got the run around. Was told I had to wait for them to charge it for a few house to determine if it was bad. Told them they need to stand behind there products or else they would lose my business. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this place. Went to Autozone and got great service. The problem with these businesses is they think they are unique and try to give you the run around when they could have easily replace my battery and kept me as a customer. BAD BUSINESS!!

On August 14, 2024, I stopped in to the store to get my suspected bad battery checked. A very young…read moreman checked it for me & confirmed that it was bad. He selected a battery based on my 2014 Ford Edge 3.5 engine & proceeded to remove the old battery. He got the old battery out & started to prepare the new battery & I stopped him to questioned the replacement battery. The replacement battery that he selected was 2/3 the size & had less cranking amps. I asked him to please double check the selection. He came back a few minutes later with a different battery that was an identical copy of the old battery. He then installed the battery but couldn't get the battery latching lock to secure down. He got another young man & the manager to help him but no luck. It was determined that when he removed the old battery, he broke the battery latching screw off in the mounting hole. So, after being at Advance Auto Parts for 2.25 hours get a new battery, I did get the battery but now I have a broken latch on my battery that keeps it from being secured down. Thanks Advance!!!! I would not recommend this place for any service work! There are a bunch of very young people working here that lack the experience, knowledge to do the job. They should have been trained better.

I called several places around town for quotes, and B&N quoted me several hundred dollars less than every other place I contacted. They got me on the schedule immediately and the work was finished THE SAME DAY. Replacing a clutch requires at least 6-7 hours of labor so I was not expecting them to finish it so quickly! They also noticed one of my battery cables was rusted through and offered to replace it for a reasonable price with no extra labor charge.
