They serviced my car immediately after calling, vacuumed out my entire vehicle (glass was everywhere from my window being smashed), noticed that my tires were low and filled them, and noticed my battery was dying, which they were able to replace for a ridiculously low price (at no additional labor charge). For all of this, I was in and out of Frank's in exactly one hour. The staff was extremely kind and I will certainly be back for any future car repair needs I may have. Thank you!

I don't necessarily regret coming here but I also would not recommend it. When I walked in, the store looked sad and tired. The woman behind the counter said, "Can I help you?" without even looking in my general direction that I honestly didn't think she could possibly be talking to me. Sadly, she was. Even sadder, she had a hard time finding my online order, despite it being directly behind her on the shelf with a piece of paper that had my name on it. A guy came and took over and reluctantly installed the battery. Meanwhile another customer kept coming over and asking him questions and he kept stopping to answer them. He also threw in some misogynistic comments about women calling him while he worked... I'm only going two stars instead of one because the whole ordeal only took twenty minutes and was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership!

Maybe it's because I didn't come specifically to purchase something? It's nice that the OBD scanner is a free service that brings in customers. However, I'm not the fastest of walkers, especially lately with a pulled knee. I don't know where the sales rep was going in such a hurry when he didn't even know what car was mine. He even made it in the store behind the desk before I even had a chance to walk around the corner from the parking lot that's oddly placed to the side of the entrance. Kinda bummed at what the scanner detected personally. He did share the pricing of the parts, but not much info willingness to answer any other questions which just made me hesitant to pre-purchase parts for a mechanic. This place is definitely not my realm so someone being a little warmer, would have been nice.

Do not go to this O'Reilly they were discourteous, unpleasant and only looked up from their phones long enough to tell me they didn't know how to use the machine.

I was in town to work on my son's car (looking at a starter issue). I brought my tools, and even a…read morenew starter. But during my troubleshooting, something wasn't adding up - it felt more "electrical" or "computer" based. I noticed the "service engine soon" light and decided I needed a code reader. Long story short, I tracked one down at NAPA and headed in to buy it. The gentleman helping me was pleasant, and listened to my theory - he agreed the code reader would help. Sara was behind the counter and was able to track it down in inventory. Fast forward to an hour later. I'm back in the store to return the code reader - I had figured out the problem without it. I feel bad returning stuff like this, but ultimately I'll want a better code reader tool, but I want to research that more. Sara was there to help me again, and took care of things just dandy. The other fellow that worked with me on my first visit was interested in hearing the resolution. Good folks here, and I appreciate them just being there for me. Hopefully there isn't a "next time", but if I need something, I know these NAPA folks will be there to assist me.
