Due to our situation, Owen arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off to our vacation rental which was 5 minutes away. For a very stressful time, we are so thankful to have found them. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Can't thank them enough for getting us home safely.

The staff is personable, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. I needed a PA State inspection on an EV. Able Auto Specialist is an asset to our community and I heartily recommend them.

Called for a ride home and left my car there overnight with my number in the window. Gota call from the owner in the morning and arranged the service. The tire got the puncture because of a worn inner sidewall. I got this tire and another tire with a worn sidewall replaced, rotated, and balanced for $285. Shop didn't have the tires in stock but he was able to order new ones, install them same day, and got my car ready by 2pm. A couple hundred miles later and the tires are working good without issues. I see a couple reviews about the owner's "rudeness." He did not come off this way in my interactions with him. Blunt is the word I would use, but that's just what you get in the business of blue collared work.

I actually did enjoy my time there. I bought the car there two weeks before, and my experience was great. My salesman got me the car I wanted at the monthly payments I was willing to make. I didn't think they would be able to get me the deal, but they bent over backwards for me. This is actually the second car I've bought there. It trickles down to the rest of the staff, as well; they all seem very detail-oriented and accommodating, but not in a way that makes you feel like it's a backdoor deal, just consistency and great customer service as the standard. I really enjoyed learning about things I probably should have known a long time ago, but that knowledge was shared with an understanding that I was actually invested in the whole process, which is pretty astounding and will certainly save my family money in the long run.
