I asked for a service he didn't want to provide, and he threatened to call the cops. A bit of explanation would have gone a long way. When I asked about buyback for the extra boxes I had, per the promise on the uhaul website, he had a total meltdown. There was barely a conversation let alone an argument. He basically just walked away, helped other customers, and threatened to throw me out when I asked for an official receipt. He stopped in the middle of checking me in and walked away. I didn't even know what was happening. I was just sitting on a stool waiting patiently for a receipt. I didn't even argue about the boxes. He refused to provide my official receipt and threatened to call the cops. What a jerk.
