I drove the vehicle around for an hours hoping the alternator would charge the battery. When I turned off the car it wouldn't start again. The young man inside explained they were not allowed to change the battery because of liability issues. The next morning one of the gentlemen came out and assisted me with changing the battery when I got stuck a few times. If you have any simple vehicle issues I would strongly recommend them as your first stop.

Another well-known place that I used to go generally seems too slow or busy to be helpful to customers, but that's not the case here. The service is such that you can engage with employees and know right away that they care about solving your problem or satisfying the need for your visit. If you're in a rush, there's a good chance that you can get in and out fairly quickly. This is something so basic, but seemingly rare. Keep up the good work!

My neighbor's cables, more heavy duty, work immediately! Fair enough! (Admittedly, months later, as weather was bad, and receipt was long gone) I went back, intending to get credit on a more expensive set of cables, but the store would do nothing! I said "So you don't stand behind what you sell, at all?" And the manager just shrugged! Other than that, store is ok, nothing to write home about. They stock a bunch of car stuff - probably will have what you need. They did come out to parking lot and install a battery. (I just hope it makes it through the winter!)

The third man only had a face shield on, which may protect him, but is not equivalent to a mask. He also keep the shield up for much of the time I was there not putting it between him and the room.. No one acknowledged us when I walked in- and stood at some distance, but pointedly looking at them for help. Both experiences the same employee by the name of Robert helped. 1st time he went way of of his way to help me troubleshoot a main battery and fuse issue I was having on my van, the next time about six months later he help me deduce an aux battery issue I was having an on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica van and helped me find the closest one since he did not have it in stock. In both instances Robert got my battery issue solved and me back in the road fast, saving me time and over 600$ compared to the Chrysler dealer!
