I drove the vehicle around for an hours hoping the alternator would charge the battery. When I turned off the car it wouldn't start again. The young man inside explained they were not allowed to change the battery because of liability issues. The next morning one of the gentlemen came out and assisted me with changing the battery when I got stuck a few times. If you have any simple vehicle issues I would strongly recommend them as your first stop.

Another well-known place that I used to go generally seems too slow or busy to be helpful to customers, but that's not the case here. The service is such that you can engage with employees and know right away that they care about solving your problem or satisfying the need for your visit. If you're in a rush, there's a good chance that you can get in and out fairly quickly. This is something so basic, but seemingly rare. Keep up the good work!

I stopped at one before this location simply asking for an adjustable wrench and the manager literally told me "we don't have tools for motorcycles," so I definitely wasn't the happiest, but Nikki made it easy to know which location I'll be coming back to if I ever need anything else.

My neighbor's cables, more heavy duty, work immediately! Fair enough! (Admittedly, months later, as weather was bad, and receipt was long gone) I went back, intending to get credit on a more expensive set of cables, but the store would do nothing! I said "So you don't stand behind what you sell, at all?" And the manager just shrugged! Other than that, store is ok, nothing to write home about. They stock a bunch of car stuff - probably will have what you need. They did come out to parking lot and install a battery. (I just hope it makes it through the winter!)

They have a machine shop with a world-class machinist. They carry, and are able to get almost anything you would need; very few times that I can remember them not being able to get something. No the prices are not as low as discount auto parts stores, however the quality of not only the party's they sell but also the quality of the group of people that work here is far superior which is why I truly do not go anywhere else.

My father paid for them, he was given a partial refund because they cancelled the appointment etc will be a few days until money comes. This was NOT my issue here though. TEAM LEADER "ANDY" was my PROBLEM. He refused to speak to my father regarding the issue over the phone when It came time for payment. I was never rude with him, I just never really said much because I wasn't sure what to say like I said my father did most of the work. He spoke to me in the rudest mannerisms I've ever seen. He spoke to me like I am not a human and just some garbage on the street, like I was not a paying customer/ already paid. This guy I overheard many complaints about from the beginning of the time I had got there from the employees. I suggest you find a new team lead, for your employees and the guests. I won't speak much more on this issue just know he's awful and horrible with customer service! Otherwise everyone else there was wonderful and kind! Tires are beautiful.

DO NOT get and OIL change at this Auto Care Center - I have a Hyundai Sonata 2018 automobile and I…read morehad the oil changed. Within the week, I noticed oil spots on my driveway. Took it back Walmart - Middletown, and they supposedly 'tighten' the oil drain plug. Within another week the same issue with oil spots on the driveway. I bought a new oil pan plug from AutoZone, and had Walmart -Middletown replace the oil pan plug. Within the next week, same problem! Two problems caused this entire snafu with oil leak: 1) Walmart -Middletown did not torque the oil pan plug when doing the initial oil change.! 2) AutoZone sold the wrong oil pan plug for the car. The washer was incorrect. It has to be a washer capable of being torque.

Both experiences the same employee by the name of Robert helped. 1st time he went way of of his way to help me troubleshoot a main battery and fuse issue I was having on my van, the next time about six months later he help me deduce an aux battery issue I was having an on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica van and helped me find the closest one since he did not have it in stock. In both instances Robert got my battery issue solved and me back in the road fast, saving me time and over 600$ compared to the Chrysler dealer! I would also like to mention that Robert is a shining example of customer service and professionalism!
