So quick to check out someone who did not need assistance with the car, and they let me use their restroom which was behind the desk in the back and very clean! I will be back to this AutoZone! The worst experience I've ever had with an auto parts company. autozone same day delivery is a joke. Been stranded waiting for a part. Only to find out the next day they don't have the part. Now I will have to wait till Tuesday next week to get my money back. I like to shop locally but will never buy from them again. read more

Ordered am alternator online was supposed to be shipped from this store to Alabama. Package said delivered but never was then received a 2nd tracking number and them saying the 2nd part of my order was delivered on 4-18 to Texas!?!?! I and was shipped from Chicago, il!?!?! I even have the invoice from my original order stating where the part was coming from and supposed to be delivered to! All I got from the customer support was that the package got delivered! YEA TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Had to find a place close by that fortunately had my alternator in stock and even with the receipt for my purchase have gotten nothing back from them to fix this issue! So I paid $125.99 for absolutely nothing! Won't be using the online site anymore and probably not AutoZone either! read more

Came in for a battery, and I was serviced right away. Antonio came out to look at my existing battery and got me set up with the right match after a minute or so. I am also very satisfied with the service because they removed my old battery and installed the new one right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with the new battery and all. Melvin removed the old battery and installed the new one in the parking lot. Great service read more

It's rare to find a 24/7 auto store anywhere. Luckily this AutoZone exist. It's 1 am and you can't find something auto related at your local Walmart. Come here. You're guaranteed to find it. Absolutely incredible customer service!!!! Derrick has now helped me for the second time in three days! I had a front headlight out so I swung by to get a bulb. While I was paying he went and installed it for me without implying in any way that I couldn't do it. (Most people are shocked when a chick fixes cars). Two days later my engine light came on and my brake light went out. He helped me again and had to use a wrench to install my new bulb this time. My engine light was a simple fix, but he still helped me solve that problem fast too!! I will never go to another auto part store if I can help it. Bought the most expensive battery (27-DLG) because I was told it has a 5 year full replacement warranty. Today I called to make sure that it was still in the warranty period and was informed that the last 2 years are pro rated and I'd only get $40 out of $170. This is a deceptive practice because I was told by the store employee that MANY people don't know that the replacement is only 3 years. I can do better elsewhere and will post this warning for other customers to know that the warranty is deceiving. read more

Went in there to buy an alternator, the guy at the desk was super cool and friendly. All alternators come with a warranty of AT LEAST a year. The 180$ alternator i got had a lifetime warranty, and messed up less than a month later. I went to get it replaced, and apparently the purchase wasnt even on my account, so my only option was to just buy a completely new alternator. When i called and asked to speak to the manager, i was put on hold for like 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, i was able to get the problem fixed and got my money back from another autozone, no thanks to THIS autozone. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only needed a headlight replaced but Derrick immediately offer to changed it for me. Only took him a couple minutes and as a bonus he is a sexy piece of eye candy. read more

Tried calling to get a price on a motor several times and he answered the phone with a mouth full of food to put me on hold just to hang up tried calling back several more times and no answer! Motors are not cheap! read more
