The associates here are great! I am always handled with the best service. In particular, Quinton continues to impress me with his knowledge and calm, cool demeanor. That day in particular, I was coming in due to a failed battery. I initially was assisted by a different associate (seemingly new) and was in process of being sold a replacement. I had a question the associate couldn't answer so he asked Quinton to step in. Q not only solved my issue, he also continued my transaction. I took my battery to my corvette to autozone on Friday and they told me the battery was bad. I told them I bought the battery last year In November and they told me it was out of warranty after they pulled the purchase up it with my phone number, telling me I already replaced it. I was like hmmm. Maybe I didnt buy it 4-6 months ago. So I went home and searched for my receipt in my emails and I found the receipt showing i had bought the battery in November 2023. So I went back up to show them my receipt. I showed them my be receipt and I they said we made a mistake, your battery is covered. I was mad. They said they didn't put my new battery under my phone number so they had no record of me buying a new battery in November. They said at least I caught it and we would have probably caught the mistake. I showed them the old battery I was trying to replace and showed them it was pretty new. If I had not had them email me the receipt back in November I would have paid $220 for a new battery. I was mad but there was nothing I could do. Maybe I should report them to headquarters. They almost cost me $220 more. Moral of the story make sure they email you the receipt. read more
