Sometimes I'm sad, sometimes smiley Sometimes I'm slow,…read moresometimes wily But when I need a part For me or my tart I will always come to O'Reilly This is the O'Reilly located on Bellaire way out west of Houston, a couple miles west of Belt 8, in Alief which is a pretty multi-ethnic part of town containing a lot of Vietnamese population. And it's really Anais little store with decent service and your average O'Reilly prices. They had what we need it and we appreciated them being here for sure. Owned by Bill = 1 star. Oh wait, they're not? Okay then I like them.

I always visit this location, and I've NEVER had a bad experience until today. I visited today to…read morehave my hood popped opened so I could have my battery checked, and put coolant in, however, I was not able to do that. Upon entering the store, no one was in line, I bought the item I wanted and when walking to the register, Kona, greeted me and asked me if I needed help with anything more. I asked her if she had anyone that could assist me with opening my hood due to said reasons, to which she happily obliged to help me herself. She was outside for a good 7 minutes, struggling with my hood, and as she's close to getting it open, a man named Luis, walks outside and stares at her for a second, before snakily walking up to both of us. Radiating off of him was pure, peon energy. I just knew he was going to say something to her. The energy was so strong you could almost smell it off of him. Smelled like straight up Bitch. He sees her working on my hood, and stupidly asks her what she's doing. Uh, she's helping me. What else could she possibly be doing with her arms inside my engine bay, up to her elbows trying to unstick my hood latch? Chillin'? Catching some rays? I inform him, myself, what she's doing, he straight up ignores me, and asks her again. LOL okay! Now she responds with the same exact answer. He then responds "You've been out here too long; you need to go back inside and help the customers. There's a line." So i'm like how unprofessional. Why are you berating her in front of a customer? Why aren't you helping on the registers Mr. Manager? Fill in where you fit in. And that's exactly what I ask him. To my amusement, he replies that he can't take her place. He cant help me. And i dont need to ask him why he cant. When I tell you I had to dig deep to keep all kinds of intrusive thoughts from winning over me, I dug past the core of hell itself. So again I ask him, okay she can go help on the registers, can you help me with my hood then? Again, his response? Nope. Okay cool. They go inside, and I walk inside to see what type of fire theyre working with. There is only two people in line. Three people, including Luis, are behind the registers. There is no line. There is no fire. And Kona? Idk where she was but she was not on the registers. What? Did he get all butthurt and send her to the back because I spoke up for her? Was his ego so bruised he had to small man syndrome a young girl? Wild. Due to that, my battery never got checked, my hood never completely opened, and i was not able to put the coolant, that I had purchased, from this exact same location a few weeks prior, into my car. Luis left me in a safety hazard. A Rut. When I tell you I drove 30 minutes home with my car like that? I did. What else was i supposed to do? I waited outside for 25 minutes to see if he'd send someone else to come assist me in the meantime or if he himself would come outside to check if i was still there and needed assistance by the time his "line" cleared out. Nope. Nothing. So I left. I don't care what problems he's having with women in his personal life, that's not my issue to bear, but if you want to take out your frail ego out on women then maybe working at a place you will eventually service a woman, isn't for you. Maybe working with women isn't for you. Maybe try a gay bar. That seems right up his ally. How unprofessional, how disgusting, how petty, how unnecessary. It would've taken NOTHING out his time, to switch places with Kona and assist me while she went back to the registers. But no. Look, treat your wife and kids like that, not me. I am not her.
