Four employees standing behind the counter and only 1 other customer in the store and NOT one of them acknowledged me , nor spoke to me nor offer to help me . I walked out and drove down the road to OReillys . As soon as I walked in Michael was checking out another customer but took the time to greet me with a friendly Hello and stated that someone would be right with me . It's all about customer service that wins my business . Michael even took the time to install my windshield wiper era that I purchased . Recently, after gathering all of the upgrad parts needed for my 2005 F250 Super Duty TurboDiesel, I discovered that one on the parts I ordered almost a year earlier was not the correct part. I had ordered a Ford OEM Turbo Oil Feed and Return Tube kit... what I received was a aftermarket upgrade kit... I'm guessing about $100 difference in price. I didn't think I would have any recourse in the matter since my order was almost a year old. I wrote to Swag and explained my situation and asked that I could return the item and for them to send the OEM item I had paid for. Much to my surprise, I received a reply saying that they would honor that transaction and allow me to return the item and exchange it for the OEM item. They only asked that I pay for the postage since the transaction was so old. I agreed. Now this is what I call superb customer service... no hassle, just send the wrong item back and get the OEM item you ordered, even though the transaction was almost a year old. Swag Performance & Offroad will continue to have me as a customer as long as I need auto parts!!! Thanks to the staff for going above and beyond the call of duty to get this issue taken care of!!!

They certainly live up to the name! After having the Lexus dealership tell me I need new brakes as well as Firestone, who charged me $46 to diagnose the car and quoted about $750 for the FRONT ALONE (after quoting half that over the phone), I went to Good Honest Mechanic thinking they could do the actual work for a reasonable price. After reviewing my vehicle, it turned out all my brakes are fine and no work was needed. They explained to me how they are at 5 millimeter and at exactly what number/range they start to recommend addressing them. This all lined up with what I read online as far as best practice for car brakes! Rather than try to take advantage of my ignorance and get $700+ like the other businesses, they told me upfront what the deal was and I appreciate that. Debbie at the front desk was nice to chat with also and provided me with updates on my vehicle. Zack and his team saved me from spending unnecessary money when I could really afford to. I took it back 3 other times, only for them to tell me that apart from taking apart the engine there was nothing they could do. They claimed to put in new spark plugs, replace the egr valve (which they actually did, and clean the egr tube. After taking my car to a more honest mechanic, I found out that they did not replace the spark plugs or clean the egr tube, but they charged me for parts and labor on my receipt. The honest mechanic did the work they claimed to have done for half the price! I will never take my car back to these fraudulent people.

I liked his attitude so when I brought my new truck home, I made an appointment and took it to his shop. Easy to find and easy access. While there making my appointment, I met the owner, Mike. A real gentleman and an excellent customer service man. More later. I ordered a Tonneau cover for my truck and the deal was that they would install it after spraying the bed lined in. Due to a family medical issue, I had to cancel my appointment, but Mike told me to be there the following morning. Mike also offers to loan a truck, and even wondered why when I told him I didn't want to drive his truck an hour down the road. You see, whatever issues you present, he simply works around them. Anyway, I picked up my truck, clean as it was when I left it (It now had 34 miles on it). I got home, and noticed a rivet that had broken off, and the head of the rivet was rolling around in the cover. The latch was also stiff and felt like it was in a bind. When Mike saw what was going on, he had the cover taken off the truck and made it his mission to get me a new top. He called me the following day and told me that the cover was there waiting for me if I could come by. I did and within minutes his crew was on it, installing the new cover for me and installing the brackets for my railings also. What a great crew and what outstanding customer service! I got the impression that this service was not the exception. Thank you for the excellent price, product and service!
