I purchased ignition wires for my car and he gave me two choices, one was more expensive than the other. When I asked him what the difference was between the two, he just said one was of better quality than the other and left it at that. No further explanation. I purchased the more expensive wires because I really care about my vehicles, but if I would have been informed a little bit more, I think I could have saved some money with the less expensive wires. Other than that, the store is always very neat and put together. But I will probably go to Auto Zone next time to see if their customer service is a little better. I dropped my 2019 X2 BMW there for an oil change. I told them there was a electronic parking break…read moremalfunction with my vehicle and to not press the electronic brake button because it will lock the rear tires in which the car can't be driven and will have to manually be cranked back to rlease the ebrake. I was told to wait at the Starbucks next door as it may take about an hour. I came back and I was notified the car e-brake had been automatically triggered by the tech who was supposed to work on my vehicle, in which the service manager stated the tech told him that he did not press the ebrake. I told him that it is not possible unless its manually triggered. I explained the steps and process on how to undo the mechanism to release it. However apparently the tech who "worked" on my car was not comfortable doing it and so the service advisor Brayden called his manager to ask if it was OK if he did it himself. Come to find out the tech that was supposed to change the oil on my car in the first place didn't even work on my car for the hour I was waiting. All in all Brayden and another tech Garett took it upon themselves to unlock my parking brake manually and change my oil. They were very polite, professional and willing to undo the error of another tech and they didnt even charge me for the oil change. Im leaving a 5 star review due to them being amazing people. However whoever was supposed to have worked on my car, needs to have a meeting with the managers because I believe they lied about triggering my ebrake mechanism and also wasting time in not changing the oil for the whole hour I waited in the first place. I ended having to wait about 2 hours about in total. I will definately go back if Brayden and Garett are the ones working on my vehicle! I definately recommend those 2 to take care of any customer that walks through that door.

One of the staff members also spotted a screw in another tire that I hadn't even noticed. They patched both tires pretty quickly. On my second visit, I had a screw too close to the shoulder of my tire, so the enTIRE tire (haha, get it?) had to be replaced. Thankfully, it was covered under the third-party Tire & Wheel Protection plan I purchased with my car. The gentleman who helped me was already familiar with the warranty process, so everything went smoothly. I paid nothing for the new tire, which otherwise would've been expensive since I run Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Based on my experience, I'd recommend looking into Discount Tire's protection certificates or another tire and wheel road hazard protection plan. The roads around here seem to be almost always under construction and littered with debris, so I've definitely appreciated having coverage. Overall, this place runs like a well-oiled machine. What should have been a simple visit turned into an experience serious enough that I am documenting everything. Before making the appointment, I specifically asked whether they were comfortable servicing an electric vehicle. I was assured they were. That confidence disappeared quickly. When I initially called, the mechanic began quoting me different prices for oil changes. I stopped him and reminded him that I drive an electric vehicle and that EVs do not require oil changes. He then told me he had been "joking" because it was the end of the day. Not a particularly reassuring joke when I had specifically called to determine whether the shop understood electric vehicles. I was at the shop for approximately an hour. I was told my tires needed replacement eventually, but were not in terrible condition, and I was specifically told they had been rotated. After leaving, my vehicle felt different. More importantly, my charging-port door, which is obviously critical on an electric vehicle, would no longer open properly. When I called the shop to ask what had been done to my vehicle, I encountered immediate defensiveness instead of a reasonable effort to determine what happened. Then the story about my tires changed. I was now told the tires had NOT been rotated because, according to them, there was "no point" rotating tires that needed replacement. That is not what I was told when I was physically standing at the shop. During the conversation, I was repeatedly talked over while being told, "I'm just trying to help you." At one point, the person identifying himself as a manager confidently told me what the shop had and had not done to my vehicle. Later, when I asked a question he could not answer, he stated that he had not actually been there. That raises an obvious question: if you were not there, how could you state with certainty what was or was not done to my car? I am not claiming in this review that I can prove who caused the charging-port failure. What I CAN state is this: My charging-port door was functioning before this visit. It was not functioning afterward. I was told my tires were rotated. I was later told they were not. I specifically asked whether this shop was knowledgeable about electric vehicles before bringing my vehicle there. And when I called with a legitimate concern, I received contradictory explanations, defensiveness, interruptions, and argument instead of a careful investigation. Fortunately, I keep very good records. I have preserved the relevant calls, notes, dates, statements, and documentation concerning this visit. If necessary, I will provide that documentation through the appropriate corporate, BBB, consumer-protection, and regulatory complaint channels if it comes down to it. I went there fully expecting to PAY for routine maintenance. They told me I did not need anything at that time other than eventually replacing the tires. This was never about trying to get something for free. It was about determining what happened to my vehicle while it was in their possession and getting a straight answer about what work was actually performed. I still do not have one. If you own an EV, I strongly recommend going somewhere with demonstrated EV expertise. And if you are someone who does not know enough about cars to challenge conflicting explanations, be extremely careful. Get everything in writing before you leave and verify exactly what services were performed. I wish I had simply paid the additional money and taken my Kona to the Hyundai dealership.

We purchased a used jeep at this dealership back in May 2026 and we took it in for what we thought…read moreit was warranty work but it turned out that none of it was. We had a window that didn't move well and the emissions system needed to be replaced. The window wasn't under warranty because the parts were after market and this is something no one would ever have been able to see so it wasn't covered. The emissions should have been but I think that we were sold a lousy warranty. On top of it all, they called us to tell us that the car was ready at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, they close at six. The only good thing is that they covered a rental car for us but when I arrive to pick up the vehicle we were told that we could've waited an extra day instead of hurrying but this was not mentioned on the phone message. On top of it they did not wash our vehicle. I won't ever buy a used car from them again but I may purchase a brand new vehicle because the sales experience was decent.
