I brought my car here and AJA was able to test it and it was dead. I did my research and found 6 different batteries that fit my 2017 Kia Sportage. I did not know the factory installed battery's cranking amps. Aja quickly looked it up and told me what it was. She did not try to sell me two most expensive brands nor the least. She mentioned that one brand had issues with the way the battery was constructed and was designed for EV/Hybrids. I had the absolute blessing of dealing with the general manager (I'm assuming) Tim, after saying I wanted a refund he went a checked the date I bought it and immediately said "nope, can't do that" and I asked why? And he stated "I'm not giving you a refund on a product you've used for 3 years" without the context of the warranty info, that makes sense. I pointed out that the LIFETIME warranty states I am entitled to a refund. After asking where it says I can't have a refund MULTIPLE times and him saying no, he finally huffed and shook his head, pulled up the info and proceeded to scan over this 3 sentence warranty like his life depended on it. Finally saw I was correct, huffed, and got me my money. I was nothing but nice to him and I'm not sure what prompted him acting like a child. I used to work at the local auto shop and the service advisors there had bad experiences with him daily, stay away from this store.

Amber was extremely courteous, professional and most of all a Great human being! She knew my battery was too hot to be removed, but, she also knew I had to pick my daughter up from school and had no options...What did she do? She clocked out, jumped in her truck and took me to my kid's school to pick her up! Who does that these days....NO ONE! She then made sure we got my daughter home, took me back to the store and "she" changed out my battery and sent me on my way...All the while with a smile on her face and LOVE in her heart. I will never forget this and how she went out of her way (for a grown man) to help. It is people like her, we call, Angels. I absolutely hate the fact that I'm even writing this review as I have given maybe 2-3 reviews in my life that were under 5 stars. Classic case of a shop having a trusting, nice and ready to pay for whatever needed to be done lady come in and they took advantage of the situation. My truck had been sitting for 3 years, needing a new engine so my mother tried surprising me by taking it to M2 and getting the engine replaced (approx. $11k) along with a "full break job", then calling me and telling me it was ready. Well, I made it about 3 miles from the shop and check engine light came on and smoke started coming from one of the turbos. Called the shop and they told me to bring it back which I did and the mechanic told me to, "just keep driving it, it takes a while for the check engine light to go off and the smoking is probably just residue from changing fluids." . So I do, knowing that it's under warranty. Week later, still smoking and getting worse and check engine light still on so they tell me to bring it in like I have nothing better to do. After 4 days of it sitting there with not one person looking at it they finally tell me the following day that I need a new O2 sensor and vacuum pump (another $700). Pick it up and once again, I don't even make it home and it's still smoking and check engine light comes back on. They tell me once again, "just bring it in," starting to get frustrated now. Well fast forward about 4-5 more times of me bringing it in and they tell me that I need a new catalytic converter (another $1600) which I told them to replace in the beginning but was persuaded otherwise. Pick it up and guess what happened, same shit, doesn't even make it home and it starts misfiring. I call them and they tell me they had replaced all the plugs and checked coil packs so I take it in one last time, I believe this was visit number 15 within 3 months. Not once did they pay for my truck to be towed due to their negligence with working on my truck but this last time I pick up my truck with 9 miles to empty, that's odd, I dropped it off and it had 365 miles to empty. Everyone, even the owner swears up and down it only was driven for 5 miles. Which that alone pissed me off cuz they had told me they test drove my truck around 50 miles to make sure everything ran well. They also tell me on that visit that my front break pads are bad and I need new ones. WTF? Yall replaced the pads and rotors 2 months ago and half of that 2 months the trucks been in your possession. So I decide to do a full break job on it myself and notice a couple things. First off, the caliper bracket bolt was so hard to get off that I had to use my M18 high torque impact on it for about 15 seconds of hammering to finally get it loose. If rotors were replaced 2 months ago that bolt should have come right off, that bolt hadn't been broken in a decade. Secondly, the set screws holding the rotor to the hub are all missing on every single rotor. Oh and lastly, somewhere in the midst of all this, one salesman called my mother telling her my truck needed new hoses so without question she paid. Well, I'm no career mechanic but I can do just about anything given some time to my truck and not one hose had been replaced other than one hose that fed coolant to the turbo but just to one of the turbos not both. lol. I finally said f*** it and replaced all the plugs, coil packs and coil pack connector plugs and it misfired for about another half day and has run like a champ ever since. F*** M2, they will bend you over any chance they get and make you feel as if they are doing you a favor. Well after $16k spent at M2, about 20 days of work lost, $200 worth of gas driving to their shop and back, $150 in Ubers and around $500 in tow fees getting my truck towed to their shop, I can finally say, yall are actual scumbags. You know who you are too. I assure you, you have not heard the last from me. I don't even think I included all the issues but these were the main ones. If I could leave zero stars I would.

This is the seventh order I have placed with him. Mostly brakes and rotors, but also shocks, water pumps and now I needed a fuel pump.for my Chevy Suburban. I just have him drop ship to my mechanics and save a lot of money. I told him how much I was quoted for labor on replacing the fuel and he even gave me the name of a good mechanic to install it for much less. He said that I would be just as well off getting the part from this mechanic because with shipping charges it wouldn't be much difference. I think he works on a very reasonable margin. He is patient and explains everything even though he is only selling me the parts. He will walk you through everything you will need to install.
