I believe there is one thing about taking your vehicle to an auto shop to have work done and it's…read moreanother thing to be educated about what your vehicle needs. I went to a Quick Lube to get an oil change and quick the lube and I discovered they never lifted my vehicle up in the air to do a thorough inspection. I then had a starting issue so I took my vehicle into another repair shop. After a couple hours they called me and I took the conversation as, it's going to cost $1,200 to fix your vehicle, do you want to do it? The reason my vehicle wouldn't start was because of the battery, however, they did tell me that it needed a lot of other work. I wish they would have educated me on what is needed and why its needed. I was referred to Mark and his staff because of this bad experience. Mark did a thorough inspection and then explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would take to get it back to new condition. We sat down and set a plan that fit my needs. That is what every auto shop should do if they want to get and retain customers.

Last text sent was if he was free or not and he just completely left me on read. Good to know that if I was stranded at a gas station and needed to get somewhere they aren't 24 hours but they'll return your phone call like they are. It's been almost 2 months and still no tires or response from Todd. Just to clarify it's only 2 tires that needed to be replaced, i've changed tires before but was looking for a cheaper option probably would've taken 30-45 min to do. Hopefully they provide better service in the future cause I'm a loyal customer to businesses that serve me right.

Upon calling I was quickly dispatched a mechanic to my location, as I was broken down in a retail location with a dead battery. Mechanic Zach Cardisco was fast, thoroughly explained everything that was going on, was detailed oriented and did good work. He also hand threaded my lug nuts back on to my studs unlike many places nowadays that just throw them into the socket and then tighten them down with the impact wrench which often cross threads them or breaks the studs. He had a very friendly demeanor, kind use of his tools and equipment was careful not to scratch paint or do any damage, etc. He took a lot of pride in his work and it showed. Ask for him by name. Cons: Realize its a $120 service call before anyone does any work. Not really shown will on their website. (Website also has a few spelling and grammar errors / should be open 24/7 they have it backwards) No mobile payment options whatsoever. Luckily my bank was down the street, but be prepared to have cash ready for the call.

I left my truck with them without doing so (or before checking other places) and from beginning to end, it took 3 weeks to fix, was towed back to the shop a day later, and am now going on 4 weeks without a vehicle. Granted, larger vehicles take longer to work on, but i would have went with another shop if i knew i was going to be out of work for a month going into the winter months. I suppose i will have to check in once i get my vehicle back to report on the repairs, but 3 stars out of 5 sucks, except the Days Inn i stayed at in Des Moines, which was rated 2 stars (but i knew what i was getting myself into.)

This place is an absolute joke. I am shopping for a new custom built enclosed trailer. I called…read moreReed trailers in Omaha on 11-11-25 and spoke with an employee named Joel. I enquired as to how their trailers were built as well as other specific details about their trailers. Joel asked what specific custom items i needed on my trailer and as i began to tell him he would cut me off as if that one item was all i needed despite having an entire list of needs. That why the trailer is "custom" built. I asked Mr Joel if i drove to Omaha that afternoon would anyone be around at their showroom on Military, to which he responded yes. We ended the phone conversation with Joel sending me an email address of joel@reedtrailers.com on my phone with instructions for me to send him the quote i recieved from another trailer manufacturer out of state. I then loaded my dog into the truck and away we went from Lincoln to Omaha to see and ask questions about the trailers at their showroom. at approximately 3:30 Pm i arrive at the showroom and it isnt a showroom at all. Its a dumpy parking lot with about 20 trailers sitting around and a steel gate padlocked and chained shut with not a living soul anyplace to be found. I proceeded to call Reed trailers again to enguire as to why the individual would blatantly lie to me on the phone causing me to make a 100 mile round trip wasting my time, money, and fuel. Instead of admitting to his error and apologizing this individual named Joel wanted to argue about what he said stating "listen BUD", Bud not being my name of course, at which point it was clear i wanted nothing to do with Reed trailers in Omaha Nebraska. When you witness this kind of behavior right out of the gate from a place of business you better run away as fast as you can.

I bought my Forester here, so have been using them for my first 3 years maintenance. During a…read moreprevious visit, they failed to rotate the tires, and I had been charged for the rotation (I always mark the tires to make sure they are moved). They said it was miscommunication between the service center and checkout that the fee wasn't removed. They did comp me the service and said they would correct the issue. Last month I brought it in again, stressing I would like the tires rotated with the oil change. After it got completed, I checked again, and the tires were not rotated, but I had been charged again for that service. I texted them to confirm they were rotated, and their notes from technician said they were rotated. I forwarded them pictures showing no visible sign the tires were moved, so they offered a 25 credit for my next service. I asked again why not a rotate, and then I was given the response about tire wear being less on the front, so they don't want to rotate worse tires to the front. Had that been the first response, it would have been more understandable. But this is a repeating issue of being charged for services not completed. My trust has been broken with this service center. I also recommend you mark your tires if using this location to ensure you are getting the service they are charging you for and not being a victim of "miscommunication" between the service center and billing area.
