I came in not 100% sure what I needed for my bike, and Dwayne didn't just guess or try to upsell me -- he asked the right questions, looked things up, and made sure I walked out with the correct parts the first time. What stood out most was his excellent customer service and knowledge in auto parts. Dwayne was patient, helpful, and didn't make me feel rushed or clueless. He actually cared to get me the right parts! The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable too -- not the cheapest on the planet, but fair for the level of help you get.
