I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to remove my old wipers as I haven't changed them in years due to my car sitting around. The next day, I went in to ask the gentleman if he could help or walk me through on switching out the blades. The gentleman didn't make an effort to even look at the blades and just said "I can't touch your car but you can go to Auto Zone". I didn't expect the guy to change my wipers, just assistance or pointers. Not helping even a little is silly, but recommending you go to the competition is blatantly idiotic. The gal in the morning was great, gentleman in the evening, not so much

I don't usually write reviews about tire establishments, but this one's earned…read more The other day I took a little too tight turn on my luxurious ride and clipped a concrete curb, punctured my front tire - completely my fault, but still a stressful way to start the day. I had it towed straight to Les Schwab since I'd always heard they were one of the best in the business. The team greeted me right away and got to assessing the damage quickly. Only catch: my tire size is a specific one - 275/40R21, Continental CrossContact RX - and they didn't have it in stock. By the time we figured that out it was already 11 a.m., and I honestly thought there was no way I'd be driving out of there that same day. They proved me wrong. They got the tire special-ordered, delivered, and installed, all by that afternoon. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, fast, and clearly cared about getting me back on the road. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a business stand out - they turned what could've been a multi-day headache into a same-day fix. Highly recommend. If you need tires and want a team that'll actually go the extra mile, this is the place.

I was in and out within 2 hours. 7 days later a different wheel got a nail in it. It was 7:30 AM when I pulled up. Some employees were in the store but I knew they weren't open until 8. I waited outside and then one of the employees open the door and came to my rescue. They open early just for me, fixed my flat and sent me on my way without charging me. That was one of the best experiences I ever received without costing a dime. Les Schwab knows how to take care of customers and treats them with honesty and kindness. I was back on the road in less than an hour. So glad I came here and will definitely continue to give them my business, and referrals. Good business practice, and integrity matters. They truly represent these very well here.

I recently moved from Rancho Cordova to Folsom and really appreciated the customer service at the…read morelocation on Folsom Blvd., so I figured I'd give this location a try; I'm so glad I did! Grant and Justin were excellent with my Civic. It's that time in its mileage where all the maintenance things come up at the same time, so my stress was through the roof as I called around to see how much it'd be to replace my brake pads ($700 per axle was the general consensus at local shops...I mean I gotta do what I gotta do, but it hurts nonetheless; I'm hoping that price was with anticipation that the rotors needed replacement too, but I'm not sure as I've never replaced brakes at a shop before and have lucked out at either doing disc brakes myself or having a friend to help with the drums in the past). I messaged on here initially to see if Danny's would be a shop that allows customers to bring in their own parts and I was in luck! The following week (which was just a couple days ago), I went in at 3 pm anticipating I'd likely have to come back in the next day because they closed in 2 hours, and that would've been okay with me. But no, Grant was awesome with helping me get both a full synthetic oil change and brake pad replacement in under 2 hours, and Justin did a great job working on my car to include removing the annoying plate (probably not what it's called but you get it) under my Honda that so many other places (looking at you, Jiffy Lube) have broken or replaced poorly over the years. Grant also was really helpful in helping me save further money by advising that the AutoZone I bought my brake pads at steered me in the wrong direction on the rear brakes along with the correction that they still have a lot of life left; he literally showed me them with comparison to a model they have in shop, so I had a much better idea of where they were at. $132 or so later for labor and I was on my way back home. I went in fully expecting to pay anywhere between $1k-$1.5k if not more given the quotes I was receiving in the area and Grant is the reason for a massive sigh of relief that I don't have to stress the financial aspect of car maintenance. Thank y'all so much and I'll absolute be back for all other maintenance or otherwise needed on my car.
