UNPROFESSIONAL UNCARING BEWARE Will NEVER go to any AUTOZONE…read moreAGAIN. Purchased a battery bc I brought previous one there. The man looked it up, said none in stock. Brought cheaper battery bc I needed now. Told him the battery was too small, he said it looks in 2 different sizes. Broke down before I made it home. Was locked in car. Mechanic returned it They had 6 in stock bc he called a few hours later. Then, I had to buy an alternator $250.00 plus more $ for the mechanic. Called the manager regarding cost of alternator, said he will tell someone else, didn't hear anything. Missed doctors appointments for cancer UNCARING PEOPLE Stocking bc I had problems buying a spark plug and they wouldn't sell me what I wanted. Mechanic had to go buy it and it cost more bc the mechanic had to repair it 3 times. Will never go back!!!

When I went to go pick them up, they informed me that if you purchase parts on the website, they do not come with the same service options as they do if you purchase them in-store. Would've been great to know that when I purchased them online, especially because there wasn't any price incentive to do so. Also, the individuals were not nearly as helpful, knowledgable or friendly as they are at AutoZone. Definitely go to the AutoZone in Arabi, the service is far better, and you are not limited on your service options by purchasing parts on their website.

The Autozone location in Algiers has been here for quite a while. It's a go-to when I need…read moresomething vehicle-related and am in the area. Products: Standard package for this chain of stores---fluids, parts, and accessories. They have most, if not all, the most common items one may need for their motor vehicle, be it 2 wheeled or 4. Some of the more esoteric items may not be available, though, and may require a trip to a dealer for parts. (3 stars) Service: Decent, but not outstanding. I find the employees at this chain to be friendly, but not always the most knowledgeable on all things auto. (3 stars) Facilities: This particular branch is in an older strip mall. The parking is ample in the private lot, but not always the cleanest. The interior of the shop is pretty standard for Autozone, and if you are familiar with the setup of this chain, you shouldn't have any issue finding what you need, as it is pretty much the same regardless of location. (3 stars) Overall: A convenient stop-and-shop for the automotive DIYer. (3 stars)

The…read moreclerk asked what it was for I told him the part was for a motorcycle but it didn't matter it was a simple 12v micro relay. He insisted he needed to know the exact part number and make and model of vehicle. I assured him he could reach any micro relay off the shelf in back and I would purchase it. They all work the same it could even be a four or five prong relay. He refused to get the relay and continued to ask questions. Next he said he couldn't get the relay because he wasn't sure what it was for. I explained again the relays they have in the store work the same and I just need one. He then asked me to wait while he helped other customers then asked two other employees who followed the same routine due to their lack on knowledge of parts. Finally after 20 mins of no success I walked out the store drove to Orielly auto parts and spend a total of three minutes to get the part I needed. I will not be returning to this location again and I advise other to not go there either

I was a bit confused with what I needed but after talking to the person that was helping me, I felt confident in the parts I was buying as he assured me what I needed after telling him the issues with the car. It was nice for him to have helped me rather than get upset or impatient with me. Thank you Auto Zone!
