I ordered a spare tire for a car and they tried to sell me a wheel that came nowhere close to being compatible. The number and placement of screw holes didn't even match. They had my money and they told me I cannot have a refund. I wish I had cut my losses and let them steal my money at that point. Because it got much worse. Then they asked if I would leave my original wheel with them. They lost the original wheel somehow. I couldn't get out of work so my elderly mother went down there. She's a mild mannered woman but they aggravated her. She didn't tell me the whole story but I think she had to resort to having the Sheriffs office get the original wheel back. My mom wouldn't talk about it. It was that disturbing. I wish I hadn't involved my poor mother. I wish I had just gotten the wheel at the dealership or a tire store. I wanted to save money but it ended up indirectly causing all kinds of family problems due to the mix up. Just very disorganized. I am shocked they never went out of business. They caused me a lot of problems and unnecessary grief. I beg you to go somewhere else. Please. Trying to save money on used parts that may or may not get right is not worth having it affect your livelihood and your family.

However, I recently needed to install a no-sway weight distribution hitch on our newly acquired travel trailer, and the hardware (nuts & bolts) were bigger than anything I had in my limited tool set. As this hardware provided for a safer towing experience, I wanted to ensure I had the right sockets and wrenches for the hardware. Without even making a call, I knew NAPA would have everything I needed. I bought a 1/2" drive socket wrench, a 3/4" socket, a 13/16" socket, a 1-1/4" socket and a 1/2" drive 5/16" hex socket. I went to this location on 2 different locations in MAR 2021 and employees 44 & 36, whose names I cannot recall but were on my receipts, were both very helpful. I even bought a 1/2 drive impact socket for my travel trailer's lug nuts, as they are not included. Not knowing which size to get, I purchased 2 different sizes, did a dry fit, kept the 3/4" socket and returned the incorrect size. No muss, no fuss. Now I have the right tools for the job. They are quality tools and should last me a lifetime. The professionals here at NAPA treated me great and did not "judge me" on my lack of mechanical knowledge. I would definitely go back to this store if I ever found myself in need of high quality tools.

The tow truck guy gave the wrong size tire info and subsequently I was sold the wrong sized tire. The technicians did not follow protocol and double check the tire size, fast forward a year, I'm having car issues and learned that. They're due to the wrong sized tire. Due to the technician lack of due diligence, I should be given a replacement tire but unfortunately I'm still paying for the replacement. I'll also note that I had to go to another location to have the work done because the tire balancing machine was broken. Otherwise, this location is usually reliable for tires etc.

I told the person there that the 1800 sent me here and they did not try to help. I had all my paper work and a references number to help them help me but the guy did not even look at the paper work the tire was sold and shipped from Walmart but I was treated like I was nothing I called the 1800 number again and told them what happen they apologized a few time and sent me somewhere else, to The Tire Choice on Manhattan and i called the 1800 from there and they talked to the people and is now working on getting my tire something that walmart should have done.

Had a minor problem with the bike as it came without mirrors. The bike is shipped in a crate from China to the dealer and then onto customer. So they had no idea mirrors were missing. I had tonneau cover installed where they left bolts out of it causing it to leak very badly. Called…read morethem and they said they installed professionally the way it should be. I took pictures and sent to Roll and Lock to verify that something was missing for it to leak so bad. They confirmed that the entire front should be touching the bed cap not like it was with a 1/2" gap across entire front allowing water to pour in. Had to spend additional money to get installed correctly somewhere else after Roll and Lock sent me missing bolts and a rubber seal. Would never buy anything from this poor unprofessionally run business. Pay for labor that didnt get!!

I was charged fees for 2 days when my car was there for less than 24 hours. They also gave me less change than I was owed. I have had a run-in with this company once before and had to cancel the tow that time because they were expected to come within two hours and it was four hours later that they attempted to come and pick up my vehicle; I canceled and told them to kick rocks. December 2020, on this particular occasion, they were dispatched to tow my car from downtown New Orleans; unbeknownst to me, until the tow truck was dispatched to render aid, I was clueless that this was the company I warded off months ago. For this tow, JUST like the last time, they once again were well outside of the parameters of the expected arrival time. And when they did reach me, well outside their anticipated arrival time, the gentleman had a rotten attitude and seemed to be upset because I called the dispatcher to inquire about their whereabouts. Because of the vulnerable position I was in, I allowed the tow, took many pictures of the condition of my vehicle and allowed the tow.
