I go around the corner to see what he's doing. He's got my car jacked up and doing who knows what. I ask him what he's doing and he tells me I need all new 4 tires. I say thanks anyway you didn't have my permission to put it up on a jack, he takes it off the jack and walks away in a huff. I get in the car. The sensor is still on now there's less air in the tire per the sensor read out. Who knows what he was going to do to my car or my tires.! do not go here

My neighbor needed brakes for his truck so I took him to the auto parts store. He told him to make…read morethe model and the year that his truck was. They said this is what you need. We drive back home and he tries to install the brakes they were wrong. So he had to gather all the parts back again. I drove him back to the parts store and he told him this is wrong. These don't fit so he went again and he told him this is the truck I have this is the year the model everything everything about that truck. So the guy takes the old the first part back and then he says OK. This is the one that you need. He said I'm sorry I made a mistake. Here is the one that you need. This will work. We get back to our place. They tried to install the brake pads and they won't fit. They're the wrong size. It was getting too late and starting to rain so he boxed up the brake parts and said can we go back up tomorrow? And we told him yes one of us will drive you so this morning when they open, we will be back at the parts store and we will have a master mechanic with us who has been in the business for over 60 years and knows exactly what our neighbor needs for his truck brakes. And they are going to return the wrong brakes again. This is gas used going up and back up and back up and back. So wasting of the fuel doesn't make me very happy. So hopefully this morning they will get the right part that may be a different person who maybe knows his job a little bit better and this Neighbor can get his brakes done. I would recommend O'Reilly's auto parts for some things, but I don't recommend some of their employees. People don't have time to waste on going back-and-forth and they don't have the money for gas to go back-and-forth. And because of this back-and-forth mess and the employee not knowing what he's doing is why I gave the two star review.

For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable if you have to wait while they work on your car.
