The bigger car battery was only two weeks old, we did need the accessory battery, but we took the alternator out and had it tested at O'Reillys to find that the alternator was fine. Now the remote start key fob was working when we dropped it off to them. We pick up the Durango and the keyfob no longer works. They said they didn't touch the keyfob. We called a locksmith that was gracious enough to walk us through checking the keyfob and found out that Tires Plus had taken the battery out of the keyfob and turned it upside down for whatever reason. I can't believe this happened. I've gone to Tires plus for over 13 years. Not anymore! I had to give a star rating that I didn't want to in order to post this. No stars at all really!
