DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! I have never had such a…read moreworse experience while purchasing a vehicle. I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman did not want to sell me the vehicle i purchased, did not show me any feature or anything about the vehicle. I chose to buy the vehicle anyway, upon delivery the driver seat was completely busted. I reached out to the sales manager and i was promised the seat to be fixed. The sales manager also expressed i needed to return the license plate i was given with the sale of the car. (Because they charged me wrong for it) even though at this point the plate was in my name. The vehicle was driven 2 hours back to the dealership to have the seat fixed. After 1 week of the vehicle being in the possession of the dealer my salesman reached out and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup and again asked for the license plate to be returned, so i came to pickup the vehicle (2 hour drive) and returned the license plate. I arrived and my seat was not fixed. The dealer apologized and wanted to "make it right" so they again offered to fix the seat and added the offer of a complimentary detail. Now after the dealer has the car in their possession for 2 weeks i am again told the vehicle is ready. I get the vehicle (again) and 4 screws were drilled into the underside of my seat and no detail or wash of any sort. After receiving my vehicle back from being "fixed" i now notice the transmission shifts very hard upon start up. Another thing i have noticed with the vehicle since purchase is the instrument cluster appears to have been replaced with one from a completely different vehicle. I am disappointed, i bought this vehicle as a gift for my father. The vehicle appeared to be a gently used reliable suv with low miles. This dealership is in the deal of bad business. They will tell you what you want to hear just to waste your time, and your families time.

I am the owner of Optimus Prime (keyword search "Optimus Is Here" on Facebook or Instagram)…read more Recently I experienced a failure with the brackets that support the lower running boards on both sides of the truck. The original fabrication (done at a different shop) was not strong enough to support the massive weight these boards carried. Chad was recommended by a good friend of mine as someone local who could repair the brackets for us. We are always under a time crunch with appearances and thus don't have the luxury of waiting weeks to get a repair done. But Chad took us in right away. After looking at the existing bracketry, Chad decided it would be best to redo the entire assembly in the rear of the truck. So he rebuilt the brackets for both sides that bear the brunt of the weight for these running boards. I picked them up today and I couldn't be happier with the results. The brackets are 50x stronger than the originals. He clearly has an understanding of the metals, types, and thicknesses required for a rig of this size. His welds were among some of the best I've seen. And the precision of each corner, measurement, and connection is top notch. For the longest time these running boards have given me concerns. But with these new brackets, I am no longer fearful of a failure on that end of the truck. And as an added bonus, he did it ON TIME (something I can't say for other aspects of this build), and his cost for the repair was more than reasonable. I've met and worked with dozens of fabricators, both on this project and on others. When I find someone who does high quality work like this, I have no reason to go elsewhere. Chad is now my go-to guy when I need local welding and fabrication done for Optimus Prime. He also specializes in a few other areas. And after working with him, I'm confident we'll take advantage of that expertise as well. I am happy to share more pictures and feedback with anyone looking into hiring him. In the end, you can rest assured Chad will do an A+ job, and that he will stand behind his work 1000%. THANKS CHAD!
