As I walked in, I could see a very busy staff, but no customers. One staff member mentioned to the others to assist me. But, with no one heading in my direction, he ended up helping me. I bought the tranny fluid, but told him I did not feel comfortable using the brand he chose. After assuring me, I thanked him and left. I called Hyundai and they recommended I not use what I bought from NAPA. I stopped elsewhere and got the brand Hyundai suggested. Feeling relief, I stopped to return the fluid at NAPA. Once again, the same gentleman waited on me. Nice guy, really. But, when I asked him to show me under the hood where and how, he asked someone else to help me. It wasn't upsetting, I just thought it odd that the staff was more focused on doing other things than stepping out for a 5 minute tutorial - customer service. I was pleasantly shown how and where to put in the fluid, though. Thank you, gentlemen for your help. A little bit more focus on customers, please?

Luckily I had kept records from 12 years ago and was able to re-order every part that had worn down, including shocks, ball joints, control arm bushings, and rack and pinion steering. The magicians at Next Level put it all together and got me back on the road with an absolutely mind-bendingly airtight reassembly and alignment. When I started the truck and put my hands on the steering wheel I couldn't even tell the engine was running. Truck handles like butter, and I am so glad I discovered these superb technicians after years of banishment in the mechanic's desert. An absolute jewel of a find and totally unexpected.

Guy was surprised i haven't had a serious accident! One of the knot bolts fell off from my caliper housing. O_o no biggie, got a kit for $12 with multiple parts, easy peasy fix and i properly tighten it this time. I noticed that while unscrewing u don't really need two tools. So i used pliers and a wrench and gave it a good loving. Walked out with a single use goop wipes also. Thing removed the hell outa my oil and gunk off my hands and tools like its only mission was "eradicate oil!" I always come back to them. Staff is always helpful and informative.

Less than 10 minutes standing in line thank goodness an employee called out that they were towing the car otherwise I would have had to pay for an Uber to go to the tow place and $300 to get my car. Since I caught them in the act I had to pay $80 to let my car go. Again, this was after midnight when the business was closed for hours, in a connected parking lot, in less than 10 minutes. This predatory behavior is unacceptable and these clowns should be ashamed.
