No apologies, ZERO empathy. The suggested recourse? Bring the vehicle in so that a third party can "remedy" the situation and continue to cover your own rental fees while the third party does what should've been done prior to the sale. We should've recognized the red flag: after paying for the part, we were told the third party "went out of town" and the part would be available in a few days. Jokes on us, right? Wrong. My recourse will be much different than their suggested recourse. Filing fees in West Baton Rouge parish are a fraction of the money that I am out and the problem is not yet resolved. Honesty and principle are everything therefore, I shall let the Civil system be my path of recourse.
