Associate was courteous, said they had one for us and to come on up they'd get it installed in a few minutes. Sounded great. Once there though, it was a bit of a mess. They sold us a battery but then figured out they misplaced the tools to do the install. Sent us to the O'Fallon Autozone with the uninstalled battery and apologies. I only discovered them when reviewing my credit‑card statement. When I contacted the dealership about the issue, their proposed solution was for me to come in and pay with a check so they could reverse the credit‑card transaction. Unfortunately, by that time, the credit‑card bill had already been paid.
