Prior to this, I explained that I wanted to compare with other stores. Despite this, the interaction continued to be more disrespectful and rude. I motioned for the manager, and explained to him what was happening. Usually, I have a good experience but today the customer service tanked. He apologized. I know he was sincere, because he is always very helpful. Although, I was going to spend $400+ ; the bad attitude really killed the sale. So much so, that I spent more at a competitor; who was more accommodating and helpful. If anything, being respectful and courteous really made the difference.

I came in today to buy some spray paint and there were 6 other customers in front of me with only one person behind the front counter. They asked customers that are just checking out to go to the back where another employee can ring us out quickly. The lady in the back rudely told us that she can't help us and for us to go back to the front. As i walked back to the front, the line was now longer than before. It took over 30 minutes before I got checked out. This place really needs to improve on leaning out its processes. Build a better team that can get customers in and out of the store quicker.

They both went…read moreabove and beyond to help change a brake light for me that was completely fused and melted into the socket. Not only did Julien first make sure which light needed to be changed out, because somehow police officers just assume we are to know that our tail light / brake light is out, I went straight to auto zone right away. Julien and Brandon spent a good hour out in the rain prying out this old bulb that was rusted, melted and fused to the socket. After being completely soaked from the cold, freezing rain, they got it out and replaced the bulb and made sure it was working. I can't thank them both enough for everything.
