We chatted things up for a while as he helped me find the correct bulbs i was looking for. We sort of spoke in length for quite a while. Thankfully there wasn't anyone else there who needed assistance. This guy is a teacher here in town at one of the local schools. Some of his stories were great. His customer service is stellar and he shows that he really cares to help you out where needed. I could speak volumes on how over the top this guy is. The service you receive here at Napa with this guy especially is to notch. They get it and they do it right compared to the other auto parts chain stores. Most of the workers don't seem to care at other chain auto parts stores as much as the employees at the Napa Auto parts do. The store itself is a well lit bright lights store. Easy to locate what you're looking for. They have their own private parking lot with plenty of spaces. Five stars for continuing to do it right and help your customers on a consistent basis. Keep up the great work you do.

I was at work all day and stopped in 15 minutes before closing. This was on Friday December 12 2025 at around 6:45pm. When I arrived Jordan was so helpful and I immediately knew he was the one I had spoken to over the phone. He came outside to the car and checked the battery with the diagnostic scanner and said I needed a new battery. After I purchased my new battery he also helped me with changing the battery which was so helpful because my car was stalling and there was no way I would've been able to do it myself. I was also able to get a discount for turning in the old battery which was a win situation. I appreciate everything these gentleman do. It's nice to know that there are still good people in this world.

Don and his team of experts are true partners to helping you overcome the challenges of fixing all things automotive and more. I've purchased parts and someone there will quietly ask, "do you have one of 'these'? No? You're going to want one" or "try this, and let me know". This simple move has saved me countless hours of frustration and running back to the store for more parts or tools because of their simple suggestions. All products recommended to me hit the target 100% in terms of what I need, quality and price range. In today's market of over saturated availability of product and hyper competitive pricing, service, along with consistent high quality products are the true differentiators. Glastonbury's Napa Auto is spot on when it comes to rising above the rest. Highly recommend using this shop for all things Automotive and more even if you think you've found it elsewhere for "cheaper".

I have to say the service that they provided for the emissions test was great car passed. Also they we ran into a blown fuse so the test couldn't been completed so the guy did find the fuse and replaced it for no charge... I will say though I was a little disappointed that the guy that was performing the test before he did it said that my car was ugly and I was sitting right there. I didn't really appreciate that. I was going to deduct the star for that but I realize I'm not going to hurt somebody's rating because somebody thought my car was ugly. But really you should learn not to insult customers vehicles.
