If you are a minority employee, you're simply limited. Me, as a white male, I was given all the opportunity. Granted, I'm a retired PhD engineer, so I am good at inventory and with customers. But, the recruitment into the MAGA movement was continuous and intense. It came from every fellow white worker, including the store manager Elmer.

"if you have a problem with MAGA politics being in the workplace, then you have no place at AutoZone" -Lloyd Phillips, district Manager, Pittsburgh region, a position supported by Chris Sides, regional manager.
