I had been shopping with other deals and was refreshed by how simply he made the initial process. The car itself was a diamond in the rough and I purchased it two days later. After about a week I noticed increasingly more noticeable brake pulsation/vibration which I know (from years working in the automotive industry) to be indicative of warped brake rotors. Made an appointment with Westbrook Honda two days before my CPO warranty ran out, upon inspection it was deemed that the rotors needed to be resurfaced. I was hesitant and preferred to have them replaced. Reluctant to look a gift horse in the mouth, I expressed my concern to Shannon (the service advisor) and she spoke to Dan who had them go ahead and do it. I am grateful and appreciative of the positive experience I had with Westbrook Honda. I live 1 hour away and it is well worth my drive. Kudos to Sales Manager Dan and Service Advisor Shannon for being understanding, accommodating and receptive. I worked in this industry for 10 years prior to moving into aerospace and it is full of bad actors and con artists. None of that here. I highly recommend them for sales and service!!!

I always have a detail once a year because my car sleeps outside year round but never by this outfit. The interior looks and smells great but not too overpowering of a scent. The cargo area came out much better than i thought, even down to the little metal strips that he polished. Never experienced that. Greater attention to detail than expected. Prices are reasonable and his space is clean and neat. It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. I spend the time at the library just a one minute walk off the main street. Will frequent again. Kudos, awesome job!

After today's service with Mack, I'll never go anywhere else. My car, while not old, looks brand new and is cleaner than I ever thought it could be. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows.
