As it was getting closer to closing time, and he didn't want to risk not being able to get the battery, so he called to see if I could pick up the battery for him, and store associates stated that I could. All I needed to do was bring his ID to verify his order. Upon walking into the store, there were two women that greeted me, and I informed them I was picking up a battery for my husband. The one associate instantly knew who I was without me telling her. They explained about the core processing and what needed to be done to get the rebate back once the old battery has been removed from the car. They were both so kind and friendly.

When Bernhard bought the shop I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleased to see the new owner maintained the excellence and personal attention I was used to. I have a 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive truck that is lifted with 37/13.5/22 tires on 22 x12 wheels. The wheels were new, never had tires on them. I bought 4 Firestone Destination MT tires. These guys had a new tire machine that mounted the new tires on my wheels and the machine never touched the rim. I was impressed, no scratches are blemishes to my new wheels. I got 70.000 miles out of those tires...impressive. Recently I needed new tires so I called and ended up with another great set of tires that were balanced great, no vibration at all. Bernhard did a complete inspection on my truck showing pictures and video of the parts that were bad or going bad. When I paid for the tires there was another page that listed everything that needed attention and a quote for each item. What a great service. I have always done my own repairs and this let me know everything that needed attention to my truck. The best way to get the most milage out of a set of tires is 1. Make sure ALL front end parts are good, 2. maintain the correct tire pressure. 3. A scheduled tire rotation, I do mine every 5000 miles. He walked us through all the next steps, he allowed me to inspect the car and make sure everything exceeded my expectations, I signed a few papers, and we were on our way! Logan Harrison is garbage at customer service…read more Ah, the sweet symphony of progress: the future is here, and it sounds like ding-ding-ding! Ever since the latest Tesla update, my Autopilot experience has been transformed from a hands-free highway dream into a $10,000 babysitting simulator, where no matter what you do, the car is deeply convinced you've ghosted the steering wheel. Spoiler alert: I have been touching the wheel. Lovingly. Tenderly. Like it's a stress ball made of liability. But apparently that's not enough for Tesla, because now I get blinking lights and warning dings like I'm trying to hijack my own vehicle. And yesterday? Three strikes. Three. Because I dared to... drive near traffic cones. God forbid I share the road with a construction site, next time I'll just teleport, I guess. But don't worry, I tried reaching out for help. I told Logan Harrison (this service manager) what happened. His response? A warm and fuzzy, "That'll be $225 an hour for diagnostics." Excuse me? Diagnostics? On your update that broke my car's feature? This is a function we paid $10,000 for, and you're treating it like I'm asking for a favor to borrow your lawnmower. And here's the kicker: if you get too many of these little "strikes," Tesla just yoinks the feature from your car like a lunch tray in a middle school food fight. Doesn't matter if you were holding the wheel, making safe choices, or literally yelling "I'm here!" at the dashboard--nope. Big Daddy Autopilot knows best. Honestly, at this point, Autopilot is like that coworker who wants all the credit but none of the responsibility. You pay for the privilege of being micromanaged by your own car and then get penalized for trusting it. Anyway, thanks for the software update, Tesla. Can't wait to see what the next one breaks.
