Huge shoutout to Justice at the Montgomery store! After a dead battery left us in the Smiths parking lot on Tramway, we Ubered over to the AutoZone for a new one. Justice was not only helpful in getting us a new battery and tools to swap it out, but after waiting 30 minutes for a return Uber that never showed up, he offered to drive us to our SUV! And when we got there, he offered to swap the battery out for us. This kind of sincere gesture never happens anymore so when it does, it deserves all the kudos it can get. Super helpful. Nice guys. They tested my battery and determined it was bad. Looked it up in their system and found it was still covered under warranty. Unfortunately, they didn't have the correct battery in stock. So one of the employees graciously looked up other Auto Zone locations that had my battery available. Since my car wouldn't start they jumped it for me so I could make it to the next store. They made an otherwise annoying issue super easy to handle. read more

I went into this store last night on 2/6/18 around 7pm. There were 2 employees working. I stood there for a couple minutes waiting for them to finish their conversation before they offered to help me. I needed some help with finding the right Power Steering Fluid for my car and also needed someone to help me locate where the valve was to refill it. The employee lead me outside to look and barely glanced at the engine before stating that I had Electric Power Steering. He then DISMISSED me and told me I needed to see a mechanic. I KNOW that I DO NOT have electric power steering. He was no help whatsoever and acted like I was wasting his time. On top of me interrupting his conversation earlier with the other employee. This has not been the only instance of HORRIBLE customer service at this location for me either. I will not be back. read more

5 stars because who else is going to help a girl that has no idea what she's doing? I've gone multiple times for either a dead headlight, oil, windshield whipers and each and every time they helped me 100% with finding the right part and installing it for me no questions asked. Welp if it's pouring rain and you struggle long enough I guess you could maybe say I appeared to be a damsel in distress,,,but I honestly did try my ever lovin hardest to get those new wiper blades on!!! The kindly gentleman who helped me pick out the correct blades that I've not replaced since 2007 actually came out into the pouring rain to snap them on for me! bless his heart! I knew it was easy to do but low and behold they were pretty filthy corrosion build up n such and even he had a tough time getting them on! Ok one side...still! Very kind I am grateful to be able to see out my windshield the once in a while we get rained on here! read more

This business has great service and the guys were Awesome. Just sputtering thru town on a road trip and stopped here for a diagnostic check on my "green monster." Concerned it was fuel injector or COP or all sorts of other google finds .... NO WAITING!!! In 3 seconds - Isaac ran my test. A new gas cap and quick check out by Daniel and I am on the road again. Went in to have remote key battery replaced while visiting in ABQ. Screw was stuck but the manager was patient and persistent and tried several screwdrivers. He was successful. Now my remote works again. Very courteous customer service. read more
