I was a referred customer. I took my Mercedes E350 for a B service which includes oil change, fluids topped off, etc. I informed person who was taking my information when I checked in that my check coolant light was on, that was in November 2025, right before Thanksgiving. After services were completed, I paid and left. I called back by the end of November due to my coolant light coming back on, so I contacted the business letting them know the light was on and that was something they were supposed to address in November. I had someone check the windshield wiper fluid it was low. I went back to business they put fluids in the car. In March my check oil light came on and my car hadn't even reached the numbers that they post on the sticker on windshield top left corner. I had someone check the oil and it was below the minimum mark. I did not notice any leaks or oil on the ground. I felt by me being a woman they took advantage of me and didn't service my car at all, but took my payment. I will not be going back. read more

I wish I can give more than 5 stars to these guys. I own an old Benz and have looked all around town to find a place who can fix my car for a reasonable price. I'm still in school so going to the dealership was not an option. From the minute I walked in to this shop, I felt respected and cared for. They didn't try to take advantage of the situation like most mechanics. They were professional and transparent and even took me back to the shop to show me exactly what needs to be worked on. They even gave me a discount in the end to help out. The manager even took time out of his day to brainstorm with me about the best option given my situation and suggested selling options if I can't afford the repair. It's very rare nowadays to find someone who doesn't treat you like you're just a transaction. The car was ready in a couple days, and they texted and called to let me know it was ready. No more having to wait for weeks and call the shop multiple times to ask if the car is done! My car drives like a dream now and I love it!! I'll definitely be going back to this shop for any car issues, feeling really lucky to have a good mechanic who knows how to fix my car. I brought my VW here to try to save some money. They charge $99/hour for labor, while the VW dealership charges $117/hour. I had a few different things going on with my 6 year old Jetta that needed service. The guy who answers the phone, deals with the customers, pushes the buttons on the old school cash register is not trustworthy. He quoted prices he did not deliver, randomly eliminated prices when he could tell I was dissatisfied. He told me I would have to leave my car all day/night, when the actual mechanic said he just needed to look at it for 5 minutes to know what part was needed. He wouldn't call me when he said I would, so I would have to call him to check in on when things were ready. I felt like he was always trying to scam me, with this tone of "well, let me do you this favor, you're welcome." Sorry dude, charging me an extra misc $100 is not doing me a favor (he ended up knocking it back down to the quoted price, but still the idea of him trying to slide one under was not cool). I wish the actual mechanics were the ones I could interact with, and up at the front desk. I felt like they were honest and trying to be helpful. They picked me up from work when I needed a ride. They actually used their brains and their hearts, compared to the slimy guy who works the cash register. Another little inconvenience of this place, is that since it's not the dealership, they have to order all the parts in, so sometimes it can take an extra day to get things done. This place fixed some of my issues, but I ended up having to go to the dealership after all, because they didn't have a VW specific device to program my inconveniently customized European key. My mistake for getting a fancy euro car. Would I come back? Ehhh, depends on what it was for. With the cheaper hourly labor price and the convenience to where I live, (it's in midtown and I could walk home after dropping off my car) maybe. But I would for sure write down every quote, read every receipt, and question everything. Because, while this guy will back off when you call him out on dishonesty, he will try to slime his way into scamming you if you aren't watching your back. read more

If I could, I would give 10 Stars! I called to get a quote to replace an Alternator in an Audi Q7, because the dealership stated that they would have to do a diagnostic, just because the Alternator light comes on doesn't mean that you need a new Alternator. #GTFOH! Tony gave me an reasonable estimate, so I scheduled an appointment with him. However the part that I ordered from the dealership was not going to make it in time, for my appointment. I called Tony on Thursday, to let him know that I was unable to make my Friday appointment and would have to reschedule, because my parts from the dealership haven't come in yet. Tony was familiar with the delay in shipping due to COVID-19. I told him that, I would give him a called as soon as I get my parts from the dealership. 8:00am Monday morning. I received a phone call staying that my parts are ready for pickup. I raced to the dealership, in my daughter's car, inspected my parts and went back to the Airbnb. I called Tony, to let him know that I have my parts in hand. He said great! What time can you be here Today? I had my Audi there within 30 minutes. I stopped by the shop on Wednesday, before I went to the gym that is across the street, to see if everything was going OK and if I can get an ETA? Tony told me that there was water in the battery tray, which is located underneath the driver's seat. Which I was familiar with. The Q7's have a A/C condensation leak in the interior, once the drains get clogged. Tony introduced me to David, the mechanic that was working on my Audi. David explained everything that he did down to the details of how he put the NEW bolts in the battery tray. Well it has been a week and everything with my Audi is GREAT! I got ripped off by Waren. I only took my Benz to him because of a recommendation and I regret it. I was charged $120 for a light bulb replacement because I supposedly needed ne wiring but no new wiring was actually done. They returned my car and did not readjust the trunk latch properly so I had to slam it to close until I fixed it myself. If you asked me if I would recommend this place to my enemy, I wouldn't do it.
