My car has been in their care for more than a month at this point . They still " don't know yet"…read moreand that is the most unprofessional thing I've heard yet . Remind you I call them if not everyday then every other day . Still a month later and I keep getting the same answer and now whoever keeps answering the phone is a rude ass dickhead . After I asked if it was something they could ACTUALLY FIX he told me of I didn't want to wait then to tow it elsewhere which is exactly what I'm about to do . It shouldn't take a car place over a month to find out why my car won't start . So I will Definitely be "checking out elsewhere" . I just hope they didn't sabotage anything because I kept calling trying to figure out my cars issues and possible pricing . I highly recommend to skip past this place and just go somewhere else . It's not worth the hassle , time or ATTITUDE from people who don't know sh*t about cars .

When I came to get my car she was very rude after she threw the invoice there was no explanation of it and she told me I could leave. Afterwards when I mentioned that I was not pleased how she was talking to me she began banging on the table and screaming at me. We had a back and forth and then she came from behind the counter charging at me. Her father and brother had to hold her back then proceeded to say they were going to call the police on me when she was the aggressor. WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had & to top it off my tires were flattened although it was never listed in the invoice and they were two new tires!!!! This is a business I would never recommend to anyone with good intentions.

I had my car towed to Clayton Auto Service for a diagnostic after loosing control of my vehicle…read morewhile going around a curve, and was trying to go through my warranty. Brandy LIED & told my warranty that I hit a curb. She was already flustered and moving at a pace where she fucked up and misheard me. She called me back stating that the warranty wouldn't cover it because "I did the damage" I simply asked her to call the warranty company saying she misheard me, due to the fact that I DID NOT HIT A CURB. I SAID TO BRANDY OVER THE PHONE THAT I WENT AROUND A CURVE AND LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE. She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to call them and that she wasn't going to lie for me. I NEVER TOLD HER TO LIE. I TOLD HER TO AT LEAST CORRECT HERSELF FOR SAYING THE INCORRECT INFORMATION. She told me to deal with my warranty on my own and hung up on my face. She needs to slow down and really listen to customers instead of hurrying off the phone. They found the issue, but I decided not to move forward with the repair at that time. Instead of simply billing me for the diagnostic, they wrote rude personal comments about me directly on my invoice, claiming I was "hard to deal with" and saying they "will no longer do business" with me. That's completely unprofessional and unnecessary. All I did was ask questions and decide to delay repairs, which is a customer's right. If this is how they treat customers, imagine how careless they are with your car. They clearly don't value respect, honesty, or professionalism. Spend your money somewhere that actually deserves it.

They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle. If you drive an Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Ferrari or any other European car, this is the only place you should be taking your car for repair, maintenance or service. They are the best! I stand by these guys! The owner is also a beast when it comes to repairs. He has no problem rolling his sleeves up to jump in and help when the guys get slammed! I witnessed this when both of my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring (vehicle age related) which included bumper removal. The guys were slammed and the owner rolled his sleeves up to handled the job! I got my car back the next day versus having to wait a week! Now that is making sure your clients are treated as a priority!!

You can calculate everything before you pay because it's all clearly listed in-store and on their website, and as long as you tell them exactly what you want done that price does not move. It's crazy to think that's some special characteristic, but unfortunately there are way too many scammers and liars saturating the repair market. Now this place is pretty small and boutique in nature. I like the emphasis on thoroughness. There are three carports and it's on a small lot, so don't expect to have your car worked on immediately unless you are getting a minimal service (oil change). We needed a lot done, so the husband arrived early @8AM for an appt he set online and told the young man working what we needed done (100k mile tune-up, brake replacement, and a few other things). He was very transparent about needing to order parts, so he told him to come back at 3PM. We arrived around 3:15PM and had another 15min wait, but our tech gave us some water while we waited in their small, minimalist lobby (three chairs and their checkout desk). I give extra points for being done around the time when he said he would. Shortly after we arrived he took us out to the bay, explained what he did and what we needed to keep an eye on. I really appreciated that he addressed what needed to be immediately fixed yet paused on what we could sit on for a bit. We were not sold any false sense of urgency and the entire experience was quite black and white. Perfect for us. Now, Dad's doesn't do super complex car repairs or body work, and they are very transparent about that. You can definitely give them a call beforehand to see if they can work on what you need. Their prices are quite fair, and the workmanship is of great quality. Don't expect any overly-friendly or outgoing mechanic though... but I honestly appreciate business-forward bluntness in this industry way more than any false pleasantries.
