I was unfortunately let down by this shop. I booked a car tinting appointment over the phone and…read morereceived confirmation from their booking system. However, when I arrived at the scheduled time and place, no one was there. I tried calling and texting both the business number and the personal number I had used to book, but got no response. The next day, I received a message apologizing and saying that they had left their phone at a job site and therefore didn't know where our appointment was.
