It shows two people walking. Very symbolic and meaningful. Would you believe that the back wire was attached to the bottom part of the frame, and unevely?? Now I have to open the packaging, correct this inexcusable error and hand over a gift that will look amateur and sloppy. The original packaging was well done but sadly I certainly won't be able to present it that way. I contacted customer service and they said that this rarely happens, with their apologies. Well, that's reassuring, isn't it? It might not happen often yet it happened to me, leaving me very disappointed and unimpressed.
