There are so many reasons I love Brawny Movers and recommend them to all my real estate clients. - Easy and fast online booking. I don't have time to waste on hold listening to elevator music and neither do you. - SO MANY OPTIONS! Labour only moving (no truck), which is what we utilized. John and his team packed our first home into our storage unit in the driveway, then unpacked at our new home when it was dropped off. They also offer standard moves, out of town moves, furniture assembly and more. - Problem solvers! Our storage company way underquoted us as to what size container we would need, but John was able to provide us with some extra storage at his secure warehouse. - In terms of the actual moving of items, the team was fast and efficient, friendly, professional and on time, courteous, nothing broken. This should be the bare minimum of what you get with moving companies but its not the case with many of them. - Their customer service is absolutely above and beyond. There was some very slight dirt marks on one of our chairs, which we hadn't even noticed and was from our own items in the storage unit. John pointed it out to us and already had a cleaner lined up to remedy it (which wasn't even necessary). One piece of furniture was accidentally left in the warehouse. We told them no rush, but the owner himself personally delivered it to us at the end of an already long day for him. When I had informed him about the misplaced piece and he said he would bring it by, he asked if there was anything else he could do for us. As a 6 month pregnant woman with a toddler in tow, I joked that bringing pizza would be great. HE ACTUALLY DID IT. I'm sure it's not standard practice, but we were so appreciative. ** LADIES READ Before it gets deleted.. I have no doubt that most of these guys are all great at their job, big strong men lifting things... However, there is one male on the team named Andrew, Ill spare him the embarrassment and not release his last name. I have known him for over 8 years and his issues with theft have never changed. Andy is known to steal from staff as well as workplaces.. He has been let go from every job he has held for the last 8 years. Please know he has no problem snooping through women's purses and personal belongings. If this is his new career I urge you to please protect your belongings. If this goes public I have 5+ People willing to speak out on different instances this has taken place. read more

Brawny Movers were great. My wife, 3 year old son and I just moved across London, and Brawny helped make it a seamless move. Very professional, timely and helpful. My friend recommended these guys. Seemed very nice at first call but very pushy and abrasive. Talked negative about other service providers in the same industry. Felt that was extremely rude. Their prices were too high for the value they were offering. Went with another friendlier service that served my mothers move and was glad I did. read more
