My 2022 Chev Trailblazer desperately needed a good detailing job to be done (after waiting a year)…read more When I requested a quote from Tico Clean, Milad responded very quickly online and then when he phoned to follow-up, I was happy to accept his quote. He even offered to pick up my car, take it to his shop, and return it at the end of the day. That worked well for me and I was very happy with the job that Tico had done both inside and out. My car looks like new again and I promised it that I wouldn't wait as long next time. Thanks Milad and Crew.

In April of this year, I booked and paid for a detailing appointment for May. Alex reached out to…read morelet me know they'd had a conflict and needed to reschedule - no problem. Unfortunately before the appointment, I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule. I gave two weeks' notice, and Alex explicitly told me rescheduling would be "no problem" and to let them know when I wanted to rebook. When I reached out to reschedule June 7th, I received no response. I reached out again on June 16, no response. I tried calling their listed number, and it doesn't accept incoming calls. What concerns me most is that when I contacted them pretending to be a new customer on June 18, they responded immediately and were happy to book me for July 4. The moment I mentioned that I had already prepaid for a previous appointment and needed to apply that payment, communication stopped completely. When I emailed to finally get a refund, Alex claimed the staff had been away, despite being in contact with someone two days before sending the email. I remained polite and patient throughout this entire process, but being ignored after payment while new inquiries are answered promptly is unacceptable. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable having this business near my vehicle or home and am pursuing a refund through my credit card issuer. The refund Alex assured me was coming still has not been issued. Very disappointing experience.
