Unfortunately before the appointment, I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule. I gave two weeks' notice, and Alex explicitly told me rescheduling would be "no problem" and to let them know when I wanted to rebook. When I reached out to reschedule June 7th, I received no response. I reached out again on June 16, no response. I tried calling their listed number, and it doesn't accept incoming calls. What concerns me most is that when I contacted them pretending to be a new customer on June 18, they responded immediately and were happy to book me for July 4. The moment I mentioned that I had already prepaid for a previous appointment and needed to apply that payment, communication stopped completely. When I emailed to finally get a refund, Alex claimed the staff had been away, despite being in contact with someone two days before sending the email. I remained polite and patient throughout this entire process, but being ignored after payment while new inquiries are answered promptly is unacceptable. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable having this business near my vehicle or home and am pursuing a refund through my credit card issuer. The refund Alex assured me was coming still has not been issued. Very disappointing experience.

Getting our cracked windshield replaced by Uniglass Wharncliffe was a long chain of nonsense, and…read morethey need a better glass supplier and better calibration skill / up to date software. First windshield they installed seemed fine at first but proved incompatible with the rain- and auto-dimming sensors due to being blacked out where it needed a clear space. Second windshield they rejected last minute due to a smear of adhesive across the sensor array section. Third windshield they "could not calibrate" the ADAS despite trying for hours. Their solution was to leave us without functional ADAS for 2-4 weeks while they ordered an OEM windshield and hoped THAT worked. The idea that the glass was somehow camera-incompatible seemed unlikely, and we also noticed the mounting bracket for the camera appeared to be loose. Wound up taking it in to another shop for a second attempt. They stabilized the mount, confirmed camera functionality, and got it to calibrate without issue (though we still had to go to the dealership to clear some additional system errors). Uniglass then demanded copies of the pre- and post-scan calibration reports from both the other glass shop AND the dealership in order to approve our refund on the calibration work.I don't care that we apparently voided the glass warranty by going elsewhere instead of waiting 2-4 weeks for them to have a fourth try -- We will never be using AutoStrada/Uniglass again.
