After being told there was $11,000 worth of work needing to be done on my 2017 Murano with 52000 miles on it by the dealership, my neighbors recommended Auto- Spec to me. The owner here is AMAZING! Tony went above and beyond to ensure that I was safe and could get my car to his shop. He was willing to meet me after hours and explained that what things could be wrong. He promised me that he would look at my car first thing the next morning and let me know what the issue was. As promised, I received a text the next morning. My problem was minimal and a mere fraction ($600) of what the dealership quoted. Tony had my car back on the road, as promised by the end of the day. Absolute thieves. I brought my car in for repair. They called me and gave me a $1700 estimate. I told them not to fix it and I would come pick it up. When I got there I was told that they fixed it even thought I said not to. I told them I wasn't going to pay it. Then the owner convinced me to pay half. I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from I'll give you one example why Tony is the best: about 4 years ago I bought a 7-year-old Mercedes. 3 weeks after owning it the check engine light came on. Now anywhere else you go that's a minimum of $1,000 no matter what's wrong with it. Tony had my car in and out in 15 minutes handed me the keys back and said you're good to go. I asked him what was the ticket and he said it was just a CO2 sensor I had one I put it in you're good to go handed me my keys and didn't even charge me Tony is gold I refer him to everybody in Vegas read more

My father had his vehicle in at this shop since the owner Tony and my father had done business for a while together. Wanted to have minor things repaired on it and was told we had to leave it for a few days. Thought this was weird since we always had our vehicle back same day. We agreed and went on our ways. A few days later we thought we would stop in and see what was going on. They were closed on day they are normally open. This was definitely strange, them we see our Mercedes GL450 wrecked in the parking lot. I told my father this can't be the vehicle because this one is wrecked and the GL was in perfect condition when we dropped it off. Turns out, THIS WAS OUR VEHICLE! The owner allowed SOMEONE to run an errand in our FAMILY vehicle! While they were out, they were involved in a motor vehicle accident!! He stated not to report this to the insurance and that he would take care of everything. We had everything fixed through him and when it was returned to us, it looked HORRIBLE!! Paint did not match, bushings were not replaced as promised and the windshield washer fluid tank was not installed properly. The hole was never punched out for the hose to deliver the fluids to the windshield. Turns out, the other party's insurance and lawyers are hounding a since this was our vehicle. We had to hire a lawyer just to pull this leeches off of us. His insurance has increased since then. BEWARE!!! This business is VERY SHADY!! If you like having your vehicle driven without your permission while it's supposed to be serviced, then by all means bring your vehicle here. But this guy advertises to take care of luxury vehicles and this is how he treats them once they're in his care. Beware! I would give this guy zero stars but there's no option. UPDATE! Since my last post, Tony has aggressively confronted my nephew at another business in his business center over a bill dispute!! This guy is a low-life wanna-be thug! I got sent here by my dealership that was doing repair work to my 2007 mercedes c230. I had got a detailed diagnostic for the Mercedes dealership that cost me $170 that stated clearly everything wrong with the car. So, me and the dealership had a repair agreement arrangement. So let me inform you that that the only person I am communicating with is my salesperson since they are the ones paying. Anyways, the person whom I was dealing with was named Tony. I was notified that that the camshaft position sensors all 4, my transmission mount were replaced on my car as I picked it up. He said he could only prove me with a receipt once my dealer paid for it which made sense. Later that same day, the engine light had turned on and when I ran the diagnostics it read the sensor codes! They literally probably just turned off the engine light. I do not recommend this place. read more

Firestone told me they were unable to do an oil change on my VW Jetta. They told me the drain blot was on too tight. They said if they continued to try to open it I would need to get a completely new oil pan. They estimated my costs to be $625. I declined they do anymore work on it. My car started to leak oil after. I was referred to Tony by a friend. He did the job for $250. He was nice and helpful. Plus I got a keychain. I'm very pleased. read more

I am happy to have found the best auto mechanic in town. I came in with a small dent in a problematic spot, and my car looks again like new after they took care of it, there is no slightest sign that anything happened. I got a great price, everybody were friendly, the owner is very informative and they are dedicated to what they do. I am confident that I will be coming here with all the future repairs after my warranty expires, as well as I recommend this place to my friends. I am glad that I don't have to look any further. I greatly cherish my vehicle and I would not let anyone to even wash it, however I surely believe that this is the place to go to. My friend took her vehicle to this business last year for 1 problem,but when she picked up her vehicle several more problems occurred she called them back and they picked up her vehicle and kept it for nearly 2 months and refused to give her a receipt and the car has many more problems in addition to the original one still occurring.now the repairs on this vehicle will cost more than the vehicle is worth.this establishment turned this 2002 Mercedes c240 into a running garbage can.this place is terrible and we wouldn't recommend this. read more

So I do give good reviews and find I am lenient but maybe not so much here. They hit my soft spot. I came there to get my headlights restored. I asked about the process and Tony told me they did seal it up with a sealer afterwards. So the job took a while and it looked fantastic BUT. He said the reason they don't use a sealer is because it is pointless with the hot sun. He told me to bring it back in, in a few months and they could polish it up again meaning dropping another 20 dollars on the job. I could do the job myself but for 20 dollars, it is worth someone else doing it because that is how much it costs in getting the supplies myself. The reason they sell a NON-yellowing clear coat is for the fact that I would not have to bring it back in. I hate how these shop guys think we are not educated. I am a mechanic and play dumb sometimes just to hear what these guys say. Plus, there is youtube. I took my car in to replace the crank shaft regulator, Tony began flirting with me and offering that if I had problems paying, we take it out in trade and asked if my boyfriend was good to me, but when I picked up the car, they demanded payment but, failed to give me a receipt. I asked for the receipt and was given a written amount of $400 but, no description of services. I drove away and within 10 minutes my tire exploded, wires hung from the wheelwell. I called them, they promptly towed my car back to their shop, where they kept it for nearly two months. When I finally got the call to pick up my car, again I was not given a receipt. Again, my car had more problems than before I dropped it off, it no longer had a smooth ride and the brakes squeaked. I returned on two occasions to make complaints and they simply told me to pay more and they would fix it. My car now shakes when I drive it, I feel unsafe and now to fix it will cost more than it is worth. And even though the Asian guy who supposedly owns the shop called me several times while the car was there, in order to make to force me into payments, has never called since, even though I've never paid the last amount that they ask for. On the few times that I showed up just to see what was happening what the progress was my car was on a lift beside another Mercedes also on a lift Tony said he was using that car for parts but my car is not fixed and I was told that it was his personal vehicle. I honestly believe he used my car to fix his car. That is why they did not hound me for payment, because his fixed car was payment enough. read more
