With that said this business is great for me as they deal a lot with salvage vehicles that are fixed up and good for the road again with a great price tag. My son purchased his '08 Acura TSX with about 75k miles from this business about 3 years ago and the car has been his pride and joy. He saved up from his job while still in school and we came here telling them what model, year he was interested in and they were able to purchase it from an auction, ship it over from TX, and then repair it to make it good as new! Fortunately the accident the car was in only did cosmetic damage to the front bumper and side fender so the repair needed was minimal and non-invasive. I'm thinking the prior owner had full coverage insurance and was given a replacement car and that's why he didn't get the car repaired himself, but I don't know. Anyways with all that the car came at an amazing price, partially because I am a frequent customer myself but also because they are already reasonable dealers. I usually deal with the owner, Mr. Majid, a tallish man who is very helpful and friendly. Regarding the prior review, yes it is a small office building and the lot mainly consists of gravel, but who cares? These are dependable, economical cars for the working man/woman or person looking for their first car with a low budget. Check this place out! Was looking for a honda civic 2010, ~50K miles, for ~8K, and called 30 min before he closed and was still available. I showed up at this sketchy ass place with sketchy ass broken down and/or nice looking cars, to find out that the car had been "sold" the night before, to find out that the so called sold car already had a licensed tag on it. on top of which, all the cars were all salvaged titles that had been touched up to look good... I have visited this shop twice to confirm my "car problems" that were reported on two separate occasions by Midas and Jiffy Lube, both of which gave me an estimated quote in excess of $1000. Both of these times, I came out of Precision Tune Auto Care with a $20ish charge for an oil change. Enough said. I'm really sick and tired of the scamming by car mechanics and to know that I'm at peace of mind when I go to this shop makes it well worth the trip to go out to Clinton to get my car serviced. As for customer service, recently, the owner's son, CJ, offered me food from the lunch he ordered for his employees (Pizza Hut) when I went in to get new brakes. Wow. What car center does THAT??!?!!! If I were to say anything negative.....it's that CJ may give "preferential" treatment to some customers. On my recent visit, a mother of a girl who came out on America's Next Top Model came to get her car serviced. Once CJ saw the model's pic in the mom's phone, he was in full gear: he chat her up like no other, opened the store door for her as she exited, opened her car door, and made 3 customers wait in line for 10 minutes while he chatted with her outside at her car. The daughter was smoking hot. YEP. Beauty goes a long way. YEP. Can't fault him for trying to score points with mum. YEP. Bah. Since he's a nice guy I'll be a bit understanding and let him get away with that one.

Had great service at Precison Auto Tune with Paul & CJ. Was referred by a friend to this shop and…read moresaw it had great Yelp reviews so decided to give it a shot. Had just got a new (used) car and wanted someone to check it out. To my dismay, I was told here I needed new breaks and rotors. CJ strongly encouraged I return to the dealership and demand they provide them. I really appreciated that. He said he could repair it, but that having just purchased the car this was not something he felt that I should pay his shop to do. Well, they refused so I paid out of pocket here and Yelped about the experience at the dealership. Long story short, they contacted me and offered to refund half. I quickly called CJ and asked what he thought about that. He advised me that I should demand a FULL REIMBURSEMENT from the dealership based on his observations of my vehicle. So that's what I did. And that's what I got :) Appreciated his honesty and the work done. Paul's assistance as well. Was like I got a mechanic and a lawyer rolled into one. Definitely sticking with this shop! ps. Seemed like CJ knew everyone entering the shop by name so definitely a ton of return customers here. A loyal clientele base is always a good sign.
