After checking all the tires and doing a quick check, it was her sensor that was defective. He made sure all tires looked good and sent her safely on her way. My Daughter is 22 and traveling alone on her way to Florida. As a Mom who is in SC a long way from her, it is refreshing to know good people are there to look out for our kids. My wife and I had used another mechanic I implicity trusted for many years ago before moving to Shelby county but with their location now over 30 miles away, I have always used other mechanics in the area. I can say without a doubt this is the BEST local vehicle repair shop I have done business with since we moved here over 23 years ago. I had to bring the car in to have some rear brake pads put on after another local mechanic told me last week the pads were "worn out". The mechanic at Patriot informed me that the rear pads did need to be replaced soon but were not in as bad shape as the mechanic last week had insinuated. I told him to go ahead and replace the rear pads. I was going to have to stay with the vehicle today bc I had no other form of transportation, so I figured with ordering the parts and then having them put on, I would be there most of the day. They had the job completed in two hours time! Price was very reasonable. The staff was very nice and professional, too. We have found our new auto repair shop. If you're looking for a professional, honest and reasonably priced auto repair place, Patriot is what you need! :)

So it really is a one-stop shop for anything you need. Why you should use JC Motors: Best mechanic experience I've ever had the joy of doing business with. The mechanics there are both extremely knowledgable, fair priced, enthusiastic, and EDUCATIONAL. I've dealt with JC Motors on several occasions and each time I've learned exactly what's going on and at no point have I felt I was being misled or lied to. These guys are hands on and customer oriented. It's a nice change of pace from your typical shop that watches the clock and is itching to close shop right at 6:00. This team of mechanics are buzzing around and working their tails off. They are always busy, which is a good sign at this type of business. I found out about JC motors after the owner, Jose, used my pest control services at his personal home in Pelham. At that time, I needed a transmission rebuilt on my Accord and he gave me a great deal. A total of 13 months later, the transmission has been working perfect. Jose used to work for VW as a mechanic for over 10 years and his head mechanic/friend worked for Honda for 14 years prior to opening JC Motors. This is a local, family ran business and it's great knowing that they're also extremely qualified. Bottom line, do not second guess this mechanic shop. It's an honest and great experience. I will always use them for all my major mechanical needs.
