I wrote to the service manager the next day, and sure enough, no alignment had been performed on my truck. It turns out that the service advisor had lied to my face. After leaving and stopping at a transmission shop, we got the transmission fluid, filter, and temp valve changed for $360 and it only took ONE (1)-HOUR!!! I guess screwing people is what they do best!! If you are okay with this, then by all means, do your thing, but screwing people over or trying to screw the ripple over is not okay, I don't care what kind of business you run.

After going down there twice it was never fixed and then the car turned out to be a lemon. It needed over 2,000 worth of work done to it, because it not only was a rebuilt title but wasn't rebuilt correctly or taken care of after the fact. I was denied a Carfax by Lee and had to purchase one on my own. I wasn't given tag information at the time of the sale and had to call numerous times and message Lee on fb. I got it in the mail one day before my tag was due. I felt that I was misled, lied to, and taken advantage of and will never do business with them again. I suggest the same with you. They get their junk yard cars from the auction and they are that junk yard cars and come with MAJOR issues like broken motor mounts, major oil leaks, faulty wiring that could cause fire of the vehicle. It was also sold with tires with wire showing on one of them, and they sell tires. That should be an embarrassment on their part. And don't think you are going to get ahold of Lee the owner on the phone. He never is at the shop and answers the phone, nor returns phone calls, and if you drive down there you will be waiting for a while because Gary pretty much is the only one that is ever there. He will have to call Lee at his house and tell him a customer is there and he will take his time coming to the shop. I have seen people walking around the car lot wanting to buy cars and he loses a lot of business because he obviously doesn't know how to run a business. You have to be present to run a business. One…read moreof the guys that they have "running" the shop floor has no machining background what so ever, just last year he worked in a sandwich shop and had never stepped foot into a machine shop. Honestly the MOST unorganized, unprofessional, and the worst place place I've ever in my 12 years of doing machine work that I have ever worked. I was witness to time after time the manufacturing of parts for various car company's made out of tolerance, but still shipped to the company. And on more than a few occasions parts welded up to hide mistakes that in normal cases would cause you to scrap the part and start over. Just wouldn't recommend using this company unless some major changes were made with the entire company from personnel to the process. Again this is just my opinion, but it was witnessed 1st hand.
