Always had the car serviced at Audi North Atlanta but never had the customer service as I have had with Matt.

Pep Boys - Failed to connect the battery correctly

This was the only one of two places open the Sunday before Christmas when I had a nail in my tire…read more David checked me in and was more than helpful. They were able to patch my tire for less than $25! Had I needed a new tire, their prices were about the same as Tires Plus. I was about go there when I saw that Pep Boys had no reviews on Yelp whereas Tires Plus was well rated, but I'm glad I went to Pep Boys. They have a free coffee machine (that uses Keurig cups in case you have a repair that takes longer and want to bring your own), a very clean waiting room (four big, comfortable chairs around a coffee table and three stools against a counter with outlets for your laptops and even USB ports for charging!), a window for you to view them working on your car, and a separate (and clean) men and women's restroom. The only downside is that you can't take a left out of the parking lot but, honestly, I'm just happy to be driving again! Ask for David. Nice guy. Oh, and there's a Zaxby's across the street and a traffic light with a crosswalk to get there in case you have to wait longer.

I came to Pep Boys for an alignment on my 1992 Ford Ranger. They informed me they could only adjust…read morethe toe unless I installed aftermarket camber/caster sleeves first. That means they were only able to perform part of the alignment. My issue was being charged the full $140 alignment price for limited work. I asked if there was any reduced rate since only toe could be adjusted, but was told the price is flat rate and could not be changed. The employees were polite, so this review is not about customer service. My problem is paying full alignment price for partial service. In situations like this, I'd rather go to a local independent shop that is more flexible and experienced with older vehicles. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend asking exactly what can be adjusted before agreeing to the service.

Every part of the CB experience is first class: complimentary shuttle service, clean and updated waiting area with snacks and beverages, text updates throughout the repair process, and genuine care and courteous service every step of the way. They took care of an overheating issue with my 2011 Ford Expedition with very little out of pocket. When it came time to get a car for our 16 year old, CB Woodstock was the only place I trusted to make sure we were putting him into something safe that wasn't going to be a money pit. No matter what make/model vehicle you are driving, they probably have a master technician on staff that can take care of it (Audi/Porche, Japanese, high performance American, etc). If you are looking for a Chick-fil-A experience on your next auto repair, look no further than Christian Brothers Wodstock!

When I took it in they said everything is perfectly fine with the brakes no problem but that I did need new tires and some other shit that I didn't go in there for. I let them replace my tires with 4 new ones and do all the other stuff. I called them at least a couple of times after leaving the shop to let them know about the grinding sounds and they say no it's not the brakes at all. Far forward A few months later, my brakes are grinding even worse now. I took it into another shop and was told the rear brakes needed to be replaced, metal on metal. Christian Brothers charged me close to $2000 that day and didn't even fix the main thing I went in there for, which left me unsafe driving on the road, I was doing Rideshare at the time. I do NOT recommend going here.

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Express Oil Change…read more 5390 Holly Springs Pkwy Holly Springs, Ga 30188 This business is now our go-to for our vehicle maintenance. It was nine days ago that we brought our Ford Transit 350 to this Express Oil Change. The day before a planned trip to Colorado a warning light came on for the left front wheel. I thought that I heard grinding in the left front wheel. We took the Transit to this Express Oil Change accepting the fact that if they couldn't repair the van, we would have to use our smaller vehicle for our trip to Colorado. They were professional and friendly. I had a very good feeling about this business. A few hours after dropping the van off at Express Oil Change, I received a call from Brian. Brian told me that he had done an inspection of all the wheels of the van. He found everything to be fine with all the wheels. Since the front left had given a warning, he was going to investigate more in that wheel. Later, Brian called and said that his inspection was complete. My wife and I were so impressed by the service received. We picked the van up and were pleased to have no warning lights or any type of grinding. We left for Colorado the next day. It has been over 4000 miles and we are thankful for the service putting our minds at ease. We were able to enjoy our adventure without worrying about the problem with the wheel. Except for the thoughts of how blessed we were for bringing the Transit to the right place, we gave the problem no other thought. I recommend this Express Oil Change at 5390 Holly Springs Pkwy. They are friendly, very generous and professional. This is where we will be taking our four vehicles for maintenance. Thank you guys for giving us peace of mind during our adventure to Colorado.

Gone down hill. Used this place, at least 3 different times, with the same car. Brought it in today…read moreand they looked at it like it was made by Hannibal Lecter. They all backed away slowly and looked at each nervously. It's just an Audi Q7. 4 different people stated, after peering under the hood and collectively scratching their heads, 'we have to take the entire intake apart. It's going to take at least 45 minutes'. No you don't and no it doesn't. I showed them how to remove the cover and that apparently didn't register. Someone who seemed to be the oil change supervisor, yelped out, to no one in particular, 'VW design. Nope. Not going to do it. Takes too long. Nope. Bad design'. Then they brought a person over 'from the other side' who stated it will $110 FOR THE LABOR ALONE to change the oil 'because we have to take the intake apart'. Again. No you don't. -It's literally two clips, flip down with a flat head screwdriver. -Use your hands to remove the engine cover (lift from the front and pivot to back), -The oil filter is near the firewall on the driver side, remove via a 36mm socket. -Use a pneumatic oil extractor to remove the oil via the dipstick cover near the first coil pack and that's it. Oh and this is the same process I saw them do....less than 5 months ago. It took them 15 minutes and most of it was waiting for the oil from next door. Heck, I literally just changed it on my own with my 6 year old helping me in 20 minutes! Oh and listening to someone curse up a storm about how complicated an oil change is on the F-150 next to you, then proceed to spill oil 'all over down here and it's in my hair' doesn't instill a lot of confidence.
