They even continued to take customers after their closing time just to make sure everyone was taken care of. During the oil change, they performed a full courtesy check while I waited in the car, showed me my air filter, and explained the oil options without being pushy, and helped me decide the best option for me and my car. They checked my tire pressure (even gave me new caps for the air valves that I've been missing forever!) and topped off my fluids. It's a 'well-oiled machine' here--pun intended! I'll definitely be back for my next service.

Exceptional Service -- Business Earned for Life…read more 5 Star Experience - must read! We brought our 2021 Kia Telluride to Strickland Brothers for a routine oil change. Some time after, I noticed a small oil drip. At that point, it was never even fully determined whether it was something they did or simply a failed seal on our end -- and honestly, it was probably a part failure. What happened next is what truly sets this company apart. Michael, the owner, personally called me and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Because the line wasn't entirely clear on whether the issue was a failed part or something related to the service, he took ownership of making it right. His focus was on standing behind the work, doing right by the customer, and building a long-term relationship -- not pointing fingers. They went way above and beyond. Kia is notorious for requiring OEM parts (aftermarket just won't work properly), so they had to track down a specific part. Michael and his team called multiple Kia dealerships, pulled strings, and somehow managed to get the part the same day, even though we were originally told it could take several days. That alone was impressive. They repaired the vehicle immediately -- and the next morning, Michael and his father personally delivered the car to my house. His father has over 40 years of experience working on vehicles and plays an active role in overseeing the work, which really shows. The two of them together are an impressive team. In conversation, I mentioned to Michael that part of my work involves helping businesses think through customer experience, and we talked about what it looks like to truly take care of people. The hardest time to do that is when it costs the business owner money. This repair did cost him money -- and he still did the right thing without hesitation. I've already referred many people to Strickland Brothers in the past because of consistently good service -- but this experience was different. I can confidently say I will never get my oil changed anywhere else, and I will be using Strickland Brothers for any automotive service they offer. I'll continue referring people without hesitation. This is only the second time in my entire life I've said this about a business: They've earned my business for life.

THEY BROKE MY CAR AND REFUSE TO FIX IT!…read more +Do not expect any customer service. Kevin Frith, the sevice center manager, is only concerned about himself and his bottom line. If I could put a zero star review, I would do so. I drove in to a bay seeking a basic oil change. I am a single mom with three kids in my car. He then tried to sell me on brakes from a sister company and claimed he was required by the center to read to me - so be ready for having to listen to services your car "needs" on top of an oi change. Fifteen minutes after we drove in for the supposed 10 minute oil change, they supposedly started my actual oil change. The technician came to my window @ 5 minutes after starting and told me he hit a radiator tube with his elbow and radiator fluid went everywhere. He told me my car was not driveable; the best he could do was put it in neutral and push it into the parking lot but I would have to get it towed on my dime. I also had to figure out how I, as a single mom, was getting myself and three children home. I had it towed to the shop and they determined the radiator hose needed to be replaced - $3800. Despite it driving in perfectly fine, no warning lights and no concern raised by their own Valvoline tech, Mr. Kirth and Valvoline are refusing to pay a dime to fix the car that was driving when it pulled into their bay. Their claim - there was radiator fluid that showed it would eventually need to be replaced at some point in the future, though how they could tell when the tech told me he spilled radiator fluid all over is hard to understand. I drove in with a perfectly working car but because some unknown day in the future - weeks, months, year(s) who knows -it would need replacing, they were responsible for none of it. It was clear from the time I was stranded there that Valvoline was going to do anything possible to deny any responsibility despite the tech admitting he accidently hit the tube with his elbow and spewed radiator fluid everywhere. They let Mr. Kirth make the determination rather than someone above him and all he clearly cares about is his bottom line, not doing what is right. This service center is NOT about the customer. This service center is NOT about doing what is right. This service company only cares about itself and clearly Valvoline is no different since he purportedly is speaking for the company. The "customer service" rep listening in refused to give me his name. UNLESS YOU WANT VALVOLINE TO BREAK YOUR CAR AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. DO NOT USE ANY VALVOLINE AS THE CORPORATE CULTURE CLEARLY FLOWS TO ITS MANAGERS. Perhaps someone who belives in customer service will review and step up and take responsibility but I doubt it. The way they handled this was dispicable. They did not even care they left a single mom of three stranded at a service center!!! In the meantime, I will continue to fight this and will provide further reviews focused on their puported corporate "customer service" as well as that of the local service center and Mr. Kirth. Short Review: RUN AWAY AS QUICK AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.

Every part of the CB experience is first class: complimentary shuttle service, clean and updated waiting area with snacks and beverages, text updates throughout the repair process, and genuine care and courteous service every step of the way. They took care of an overheating issue with my 2011 Ford Expedition with very little out of pocket. When it came time to get a car for our 16 year old, CB Woodstock was the only place I trusted to make sure we were putting him into something safe that wasn't going to be a money pit. No matter what make/model vehicle you are driving, they probably have a master technician on staff that can take care of it (Audi/Porche, Japanese, high performance American, etc). If you are looking for a Chick-fil-A experience on your next auto repair, look no further than Christian Brothers Wodstock!

When I took it in they said everything is perfectly fine with the brakes no problem but that I did need new tires and some other shit that I didn't go in there for. I let them replace my tires with 4 new ones and do all the other stuff. I called them at least a couple of times after leaving the shop to let them know about the grinding sounds and they say no it's not the brakes at all. Far forward A few months later, my brakes are grinding even worse now. I took it into another shop and was told the rear brakes needed to be replaced, metal on metal. Christian Brothers charged me close to $2000 that day and didn't even fix the main thing I went in there for, which left me unsafe driving on the road, I was doing Rideshare at the time. I do NOT recommend going here.

The next morning, I received a text with a link to a report explaining all the many things they had found during their courtesy inspection. The report was extremely detailed and included numerous pictures of my actual vehicle issues as well as short animated videos explaining them. Because of my vehicle's age and limited value, I declined the work. The service advisor was very understanding about this, and they sent their courtesy vehicle to my house to give me a ride back to the shop. I offered to pay a diagnostic fee (since I declined the work) but they refused. They said it was all part of the courtesy inspection. Throughout my entire experience, everyone on the CBA staff was very polite and courteous. Even more so, in my opinion, since I had to decline the work. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be using them to service my next vehicle.

I was told by Carvana the sound would go away after a few days. It never did. Christian Brothers were a complete joy to work with from great communication, technical knowledge and outstanding customer service. The shop was clean, organized and staff was very friendly. They made the repair quickly and all good now. I can't comment on the price as I have no reference point on brakes, but auto repairs all feel high... :( I highly recommend Christian Brothers in Towne Lake.

They were able to patch my tire for less than $25! Had I needed a new tire, their prices were about the same as Tires Plus. I was about go there when I saw that Pep Boys had no reviews on Yelp whereas Tires Plus was well rated, but I'm glad I went to Pep Boys. They have a free coffee machine (that uses Keurig cups in case you have a repair that takes longer and want to bring your own), a very clean waiting room (four big, comfortable chairs around a coffee table and three stools against a counter with outlets for your laptops and even USB ports for charging!), a window for you to view them working on your car, and a separate (and clean) men and women's restroom. The only downside is that you can't take a left out of the parking lot but, honestly, I'm just happy to be driving again! Ask for David. Nice guy. Oh, and there's a Zaxby's across the street and a traffic light with a crosswalk to get there in case you have to wait longer.

That means they were only able to perform part of the alignment. My issue was being charged the full $140 alignment price for limited work. I asked if there was any reduced rate since only toe could be adjusted, but was told the price is flat rate and could not be changed. The employees were polite, so this review is not about customer service. My problem is paying full alignment price for partial service. In situations like this, I'd rather go to a local independent shop that is more flexible and experienced with older vehicles. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend asking exactly what can be adjusted before agreeing to the service.
