I had an extremely negative experience with the owner, Michael Darcy. After an oil change, one of…read morehis technicians damaged my window tint. When I addressed it, he denied servicing my vehicle, despite clear evidence and confirmation moments earlier that the oil change was performed there. Instead of handling it like an honest professional, he became hostile, aggressive, and threatening--raising his voice, using profanity, and telling me to "get the hell off of his property" or he would call the police. This occurred in front of my toddler and escalated very quickly. I remained calm and called the police myself, as I had done nothing wrong but expected my property to be treated with respect and care. Only after officers arrived did he agree to fix the damage, stating he just wanted it to "go the f***k away." The issue was eventually corrected, but it was done reluctantly, with no apology or accountability. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I am giving 2 stars because I have had positive experiences here in the past. However, this incident--particularly the lack of honesty, transparency, and professionalism--was unacceptable.

I repeat - PLEASE YELP FIX THIS PAGE SO PEOPLE DONT SUPPORT THIS SCAMMER PRETENDING TO BE THE BUSINESS. Here's what happened in my situation. I called them for an appointment as they were listed as open on here 24/7. They said they are taking appointments remotely where they drive to your house to repair your tires. After calling them they wanted $30 upfront for a tire repair work, and my zelle account showed that it was not a real name. But I proceeded to authorize the transaction. After this I haven't heard anything regarding the agent being on his way for a repair. I just called my bank to cancel the transaction. But everything so far makes me think this number is fraudulent.

He ran the same diagnostics and determined that one assessment by the other guys was wrong. In effect, Areawide got us back on the road at a bit more than 25% of the cost of the branded tire center. A four figure repair was now a manageable three figures. Areawide is in this for the long haul, which is why we're entrusting him with our cars more and more.
